I never wanted a Toyota Camry. Not exciting. Not sporty. Not youthful. I realized. I'm not exciting, sporty and my youth has not been seen in several years. This is the perfect car.
Features are value for the money. It's Toyota's arrogance that they brag durability more and give no competitive features. Although they have the capability that they provide in their Lexus.
@@xamashee then there's no wonder where the rampant inflation comes from. And I agree, Toyota has trapped itself in an arrogant malaise and the gap between Toyota and Lexus is narrowing. Toyota might as well admit they're becoming a premium brand, like Volkswagen, Skoda and Audi, Renault and Nissan, Ford, Volvo, Suzuki, Honda, Hyundai and Kia, etc etc... It's a trend and it won't end well as markets go 📉💥🧱
the only big rub with Toyota is the waiting list. Taking a downpayment and making me wait over a year for a remotely desirable model the car should be $30k tops. 🤣
I have the just superseded model ,it’s been the best car I’ve ever owned by a big margin, absolutely faultless in the past 6 years and 300 000 kilometres
I bought the 2025 XLE Camry and flipping love it! It's epic to drive❣️ You didn't show the Camry that lights up when you open the door on the bottom of the door frame. Maybe the one you were reviewing didn't have it. I bought the Ocean Gem color. I was obsessed with it and there was no compromising! It's a crazy color. It changes colors which I didn't expect. I love Toyota and won't own anything else.❤
It's almost 2025, why do we even have to point to LED lights as a feature? It's the equivalent of saying COLOUR Television set. Or you could just say TV.
Both the Camry and Corolla got that low roof line from 2018, which perhaps improves the car's exterior styling, but like you say, head room is poor. This is essentially the same car as the previous Camry, with new front and rear styling and a new dashboard, plus other minor changes.
I like the new front end, but I feel the rear is a bid granny looking. That bottom. plastic really near to be replaced with a foe defuser. The gen 8 arse looks alot better. Interior is my favourite part. I have only 2 criticism. 1) In Aus they should have given us a leather option on the accent sport and the option to upgrade the drivers dials to the 12" screen. If I want those, I'd have to go with the SL, problem is I'm too tall to fit in it with the panoramic roof. I'm 6" but tall in the torso, my head hit while I drive and have to fold my head over to fit in the back. No moon roof, problem solved, but no we can't order it that way here. 2) more wheel options, the outgoing SX wheels were awesome, and the new XSE wheels the USA get 👌
Pretty sure the mid range rav4’s have adjustable passenger seat height! Surely you’re not comparing your European vehicle to a base-spec rav4 … that would seem ludicrous🤔
Dude, it's a Toyota. When have you ever seen a Toyota with a sexy interior? They make it as bland as possible. In fact all Japanese cars have a rather dull interior compared to European cars or Chinese cars.
@@seansteel3326For performance, I'll choose German cars. To save money, I'll buy electric cars from China or the like. So is the purpose of buying Japanese cars to live like an ascetic?

I had a 2014 one of these when I was running my own taxi business. Racked up 200,000km in 3 years and was an excellent car. No issues at all!
That is why Toyota is known as a reliable trusty car.
It does everything it says on the box it arrived in.
No frills, no gimmicks. Just what you need from a daily driver.
Sometimes these types of cars are my favourite

Frontal treatment is entirely subjective but it looks amazingly like the new C-HR’s front end!
So it looks like it finally has struts to support the open bonnet ... Great improvement for all us oldies who have arthritis in our hands and arms !

Because it's still not standard in the car industry, especially when you buy entry models. It's ridiculous but it's reality

The prime version is height adjustable.
The only thing that's a small kind of a complaint is the ventilated seats

Those piano black interior trims are an absolute dust magnet.
