It doesn't sound like American accents as he is speaking very slow and clearly. As an Asian, I can clearly catch all of his words without subtitles. Good Speech. 🇧🇩♥️
He's American but he speaks as an American in 90's, slowly and relax, don't sing sentences and don't contract words and remember he's at Harvard in some place very formal.
