After getting down western ghats at Gundia (Gundya) you will feel as if you are travelling on village roads of 1960's and 1970's of India so Pathetic that condition can be seen in this video. The road widening work has been going for last ten years till today (2023) not yet completed despite claims by present Central (Union) government of India that they have made forty thousand (40,000) kilometres of National Highway in nine years.
