Not sure what she's doing in here, maybe Kurono added her to the boss fights you can practice with or she was added to PPC or maybe she comes back into the story somehow? Lots of way they can do it. Either way, it's just cool to see callbacks to the earlier stuff, especially things that left impressions within me. Mayb we'll get a humanoid Amberia!
Her visuals are incredible. Cute, pretty, and the animations are intricate and stylish. And her personality is also awesome. I like the smug. And I can't wait for Karen's Idol coating. Both for the coating, and the skill visuals are linked between them, which is cool. The more times passes, Kuro keeps getting better and better at designs.
I think the 10% will be a new element, and Lucia will be an attacker of this element, there could be ANOTHER element coming out with it. I personally think that starting new year the game will enter its third phase of evolution

I hate how good her design and gameplay is but she end up as an A rank which basically mean no field time. That said how good she is in comparison to SSS+Leap Vera Rozen in dark team assuming you don't have SSS Selena I'm not the biggest fan of Genshin but I really appreciate the fact that even 4 star is a part of the meta that you can use with enough investment instead of an outright downgrade to 5 stars.
Bianca has a line where she says karenina the same way teddy does but with her accent so I think that’s the correct way and that one vid where Lucia says it was just a rush job since it wasn’t going to be ingame

I think the patch after teddy will show us what the 10% is and possible that wanshi and luna will be on the same team. It's kind of wierd how Luna and Wanshi doesn't have much resemblance to the element she could be assigned to, there is a possibility that both of them would be on the same team with teddy but...
