Im really not sure what I'm going to do. I started a few days ago and there are so many charactes I missed. I manage to get dark watanabe, no. 21, and rozen so I guess I have my budget dark team that I'll be running with for a while. Looking at what's coming up and the S rank selectors I have there's so many directions I can go it's a bit overwhelming. All I know is that it's a DAMN shame that I just missed Bianca.
I recommend picking characters you find fun and then build teams around them. Don't worry about meta. If you stick with the game you will eventually get every character. I've been playing for a year and I have almost every character as f2p.

Alpha and Lamia are TOP Priority characters for me, yes they are stong as hell byt that's jsut a given binus for me, I jsut lile them cuz, one of them is many of Virgil's child, and the ither one is jsut too pretty to miss out on
the game offers reruns to every character in batches of three so he'll pop up eventually. Theres currently a Wish banner up rn where you can pick any released Construct so just do it now or wait for another rerun
Reruns in PGR rotate faster than in Genshin. Also, I suggest keeping an eye on upcoming free S Rank Selectors and on 100% guaranteed reruns. Pulling on 70% rerun banner is quite risky but still better than 50/50. I've only pulled there once for Chrome Glory and got lucky. Just be prepared to not get the character you want for reruns.
Guys, top priority attacker is qu shukra, lamia, and new daddy wata, even though he is tank but he can outdamaged lee hypereal and do a lot of damage at ss and lamia can't handle wata damage too at ss. Lamia and qu shukra is top priority char cuz two of them deal a lot of damage but qu slaps harder 👁️👄👁️
That's correct. She's an omn physical amplifier. I'm waiting for her too because I like her design. She's free and uses bow so you may already have a 5* star bow ready for her to use.

Just forget about meta on early games but... I would highly suggest you to save up for crimson weave for her insanely dps
