I was able to join the Medium Partner Program but I’m not getting the payments. I can only see my stories earning. I might get these payments when Medium starts paying Indian writers. Let’s see.

I am currently residing in India and having a medium account. If I give my medium account to my brother in canada and he’ll join partner program through his bank details and add his stripe account, then I will upload my blogs on the account. Will it be possible for me to earn through the account. Like will the earnings be possible in that account?
Yes I think it will work because the MPP works for Canada unlike India, where they haven’t started rolling out the payments.
What are the opportunities one can expect out of medium?
You can obviously start getting paid once Medium starts paying Indian writers.
Other than that, you can build an audience, direct them to your other social media platforms, sell your services/consultations/digital products, etc.

No my stories are earning but I’m not getting the payments yet. I think that will happen once Medium starts paying Indian writers. We will just have to wait till then.
