The strings on the violin are the same as they always are. INFELD RED I believe. I don't have a particular affinity for these strings. I have a bunch of violins around and I just picked up that one that was probably strung this way to test for another video. However, the sound was HORRIBLE in this video. I had trouble with one of the mics. In the next videos, the sound is much better. 😀
