I’ve been to plumbing school. I never took my test and moved out of state. Just started Studying for the tests and this is an amazing recap for me. This is almost what I paid 6k for. Just no exams each week. Tom you seriously know your stuff and do a great job explaining it. I wish I had you for a teacher back in the day. I thank you for making such high quality content. I’ve been plumbing for 9 years. Anyone wondering what videos to watch about learning code… this is it. Seriously. He’s going through the history of plumbing and everything just like school. Bravo Tom.
Let's say you had 75 people for the business in the 403.1 table would that be 2 toilets or 3 required? I know a minimum of 2 for the first 50 but 75 doesn't exceed an ADDITIONAL 50 (100 would) so I think just 2 right?
im prob wrong but the chart shows "1 per 25 for the first 50..." under both male and female so why would we divide by 2? is it not talking about the full occupancy. Just say i have a business building with a total occupancy of 10 wouldnt it only need 1 water closet not 2?
hey man I hope you can answer my question .Do you know why psi exams for Colorado journey mens plumbing test has two different test . One of them says " journey mens plumber test for 6 year or more apprenticeship " then the other test just says " journey mens plumbing test ", Do you know the difference between these two test ??? is one supposed to be more harder then the other one ??? I can't find any info about it .thank you .
Hey. Sorry. I don’t know much about Colorado. You can get more information by contacting the department of professional licensing. Here is what I found: dpo.colorado.gov/Plumbing/Applications

If there is more than 50, then you go to the next level. So you would need 3 even though you don't anticipate 100 people.

Yes. It would only need one. There is another section that states if the business has less than 15 people you can have a single unisex restroom.
