Friendly heads up… glutathione is poorly absorbed when taken orally. You’re better off taking n-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC) and glycine. This combo is known as GlyNac which forms glutathione in the body. There is lots of promising research regarding GlyNac and its anti-aging benefits. Happy Monday y’all ❤️
Hi Soo, I totally agree that attacking the signs of aging has to be a holistic approach, applying antioxidants, protecting yourself from the sun, using a type of retinol also helps a lot, exercising, eating well and sleeping at the right time. A big hug from Chile 🥰
Please recommend me a good cleanser for sensitive dry skin that I can use for the night… I can’t double cleanse just a single cleanser that doesn’t leave a film behind
Nah Korea is leagues ahead of Japan with sun patches, sun cushions & sun sticks! Most of the Sun Sticks they sell in places like Donki are usually from Korea- mostly the Nature Republic yellow one and then recently they started selling Beauty of Joseon too! Keep it comin' Korea 😆
Totally agree about slow aging! But, I would also argue that there is an issue of colorism too. So staying very light complected is far more accepted than being tan. So, I do think some of that sunscreen obsession and wanting to stay out of the sun is also to avoid getting tan cuz colorism.
Entering into thirties, I realized my skin likes products that have a little bit more oil content for hydration and moisturization. The skin has been hella dry and ever changing especially after pregnancy
Thank you for sharing so many helpful tips in this video. Definitely will try to start incorporating these in my day to day lifestyle! Looking forward to the video on the various devices! Keep up the great work as always.
I'm gonna have to get my butt over to Korea, I'm currently in the process of losing weight (I've lost 19.2kg so far) I've lost so much volume in my face 🥺 My skin isn't bouncing back as fast as it did in my 20's, (I'm 32) it's bothering me so much, I genuinely look 10-15 years older than what I am. At this point only a skincare clinic will be able to help me and as a LAST resort. A stinking face lift 😒
I think most of the world is fascinated with Korean beauty but I still don’t think that we have a true understanding of the best beauty products or the best way to use them. Mainly due to the hard sell of apps like TikTok etc. I would like to actually know more about what Koreans use, what ingredients are popular and why they are liked so much. ❤

Dear soo do you have any upcoming box's?
I trust your recommendations and every box you made was perfect for me ❤
I am using my sunscreen everywhere, even on my lips, and when I reapply, I use a sun stick for face and lips

I have tried inteca cream before but this combo seems great 😍
make prem is honestly one of the best kskincare brands I’ve tried. The quality is always top-notch, espcially their inteca stuff💕💕

Also adding retinol/retinal into my skincare has been a lofe changing. My skin is healthier and more tighter than it previously was 😮
Love this video 🩷 definitely helpful . Great to hear from people who work as hard on their skin & wellbeing as myself 🥰

8:23 on what side you're sleeping? Difference on sides on face can come from on what side you are sleeping
yeah and botox if you can't see any wrinkles when women raises their eyebrows. That's the answer and injectable serums.
