Hot Dang Doc!!! I have watched *many* channels removing Steatos. But man, I could watch you doing it ALL DAY! A tiny poke and cotton buds - - - Done! His chest barely showed any trauma from this procedure. *FANTASTICALLY* done 👏👏👏
I really appreciate how you address all of the commonly touted facts regarding this type of cyst: numbing can be more painful than a small prick with the blade; it's not necessary to remove all sacs; the body can sometimes reabsorb some sacs. I love watching steatocystoma videos, but the comment section too often becomes divisive over these things.
Finally someone who does not dig and poke and make huge scars. Though getting the sac out is the preferred method, draining is perfectly acceptable and in most cases they will not grow back. Love your videos!

I love the fact that you use your fingers instead of those stupid tools, especially on older skin, it hurts and you get more out with using your fingers great job
I’ve gotten so used to the way my other favourite dermatologist removes the sac that it made me feel a bit uncomfortable with that you weren’t too concerned about it. I actually like your way a lot better, smaller cuts means no stitches, you’re not digging and digging for the sac so less trauma to the skin and no indentation if the sac isn’t removed. I follow you, Dr Sandra Lee, Dr Khaled Sadek and Dr John Gilmore and just love how you each have your own removal techniques for cysts, lipomas etc 😊
"Steatos" are always my favorite. If I was ever in a relationship with a man who had this condition, he would never have to worry about his skin not being clear again. I would keep it nice and maintained for him.
Love these! Especially with Greg extracting them, he makes sure to get all the contents and explains as he goes along. Great job as Always! Am Hoping you keep getting patients with Steatocystomas, can't get enough.
I remember Dr. Sandra Lee when she was removing steatocystomas said she was concerned about all the indentations left behind. Too bad she did not know that if you leave the sac it does not indent as badly and it takes a long time for it to refill. Her patient's skin definitely was full of indentations.

The black one had melanocytes in it. Very cool to see that doesn't come up often. Those are the cells that give the color to the hair.
