To me Q tips seem to be the gentlest method to remove blackheads and other face gunk. I really like how you explain things, what the causes are, what to do to help the issue and the difference between different extractions. Hope this patient keeps coming back, he has some great pops.
So thrilled I stumbled upon your site. I have been in the business as a skin specialist for many years and now I am an instructor. It is wonderful to have someone such as yourself explain PROPER extraction techniques as well as what kind of comedones are being treated. So many videos coming from other countries show skin techs treating clients with very serious skin conditions which are WAY out of their education nor are they qualified to perform the kind of methods employed. I understand they are trying their best for their clients because Doctor care and/or financial ability is limited however, in my opinion some viewers are not understanding the differences in dermatology treatment done here in the states as opposed to their country. Your explanations and demonstrations are stellar and I truly hope people watch your videos and use them as a learning tool. Thank you for sharing your wonderful work.

Shut the front door! This is a condition? I’m an aesthetician and have two senior gentleman who see me for this. Their lovely wives made them come in. Of course they are all cleaned up now with maintenance. I pretreat with warm towels and they usually sleep through my facial massages. Thank You. I’m enlightened!

I usually avoid his channel just for this reason, but I’m always hopeful it will improve. He leaves a LOT of material behind on a regular basis. I’ve been an aesthetician for 30 years and I can say without doubt I could do a better job. So frustrating.

Right, the “cutting” will scar.
I think that the qtips are harder on the skin when the cup type tool seems to work so much better and less time to extract

Using the cotton tip for black or white heads seems to take out everything if you work it out and you make it seem easy
