    I am diabetic. 70 years of age It's my 1st time to watch how yoga can assist with diabetes. Prashant is so explicit and humble and makes it so easy to understand. Truly grateful.

    Thank you very much Guruji! My Diabetes was not getting in control with the allopathy treatment but thank god after watch your video and follow the advice along with consuming 2tsp of madhumehantak churna twice a day for last 2 months & now diabetes are in control.

    Superb...I will try sir..I'm also a chronic Diabetic patient...and taking only medication and not an insulin stage..from last 19 years..i think..insulin secretion percentage is low ...So, I need to improve the percentage through yoga...and stay long and healthy life....

    Thank you..But it's not lack of insulin but insulin resistance that causes type 2 diabetes. But with yogic exercises if diabetes is getting cured then nothing like it. 🙏

    I have become very healthy after practicing YOG and you are my Guruji for the YOG.
    Thank you very much Guruji.
    This current video is very good for Type 1 diabetes where in Insulin is either low or is not secreted by the Beta Cells in the Pancreas .
    However for Type 2 diabetes, the insulin is sufficiently secreted and therefore it's important to burn energy / calories to make the cells sensitive to Insulin.
    I therefore humbly request you to come up with a video which will increase the sensitivity of the cells.
    I have learned that the cells become sensitive when we burn calories .
    Please make a video to help us burn calories with a suitable Thumbnail for the same.
    Please forgive me if I am wrong in any of my above lines .

    New studies show type 2 diabetes is related to. Insuline resistence because of execeesivevproduction of insuline which cannot be used
    Tge excercise may be good for type 1
    Looking for some tips on curing type 2
