I had tried everything! Reducing the graphics quality, limiting the refresh-rate, limiting the game to one core, using a different save-slot but only this solved it! Thanks man!

ALRIGHT EVERYONE SO I HAD THIS SAME ISSUE AND THIS VIDEO DID FIX AND GET ME PAST THE MISSION GIVING ME THE INFINITE LOADING SCREEN. BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY IN WINDOWED THE WHOLE TIME, JUST PRESS ALT+ENTER WHEN IN GAME AND ITLL GO BACK TO FULLSCREEN BUT WILL STILL WORK. Try rebooting the pc after you do it, if that doesn’t work I don’t know what else will, maybe comb through the comments , I’m gonna hit the drawing board and come up with a solution in the meantime , thank you for your patience

@@SoHo_Vibez I found a way man but thanks. I opened task manager, went to details and searched for gta, then I clicked on affinity and only used CPU 0 and then I tried the mission again and there was no infinite loading screen 👍🏽

Whenever I go to GTAIV.exe there's no compatibility option I've been trying to fix this for so long all my files are .exe and whenever I uninstall and install again nothing changes! Same infinite screen!
