It irks me to no end that we have no Zoids Genesis HMM kits.

That aside, the teal on this kit is indeed beautiful and shiny. The chrome swords also looks magnificent. I'm a ZG fanboy that I would consider at some point to get this kit, but... I don't know, the motor on it gives me such a "toy" vibe that really turns me off of it. I guess it's the noise? There is something on these motorized kits that makes me recoil, even if the kits themselves are so beautiful.
Now I'm gonna be a bit contrarian here, but the Murasame is the more "Lion" like of the Ligers in my eyes. The other don't have quite a nice mane like the Murasame does.

Thanks for the support! And i agree we need hmm genesis zoids, unfortunately this is all we have for now motorized toy kits 😆 unless you want to by the third party ligers.
My first Zoids was Genesis and absolutely love Murasame Liger
And I agreed with you
Shield Liger, Blade Liger and Liger Zero's Mane looks like it's attached into a single block but Murasame Liger's mane/cowl are separate giving it more realistic/organic feel
And the Belly looking like an accordion instead of a Block gives it the most lion look out of all the Ligers
Well tbf Zoids started as a Toyline so having a Motor would really make it feel like well, a toy
What we need is an official Kotobukiya Genesis Zoids so we can finally have a more mature toy for the Anime (besides Supernova)

do you have any idea which parts are abs, I have the kit and the runners don't list them, i only have alcohol based markers and am paranoid of putting them on abs, i see it on the back of the box
Much of the kit is abs and some parts are pre painted. If you are afraid of damaging the plastic you can give it a clear matte or gloss top coat from a spray can.
@@vancyhobbies yeah from me google translating the back of the box I think I avoided most of the abs plastic, I pretty much think it’s all the stuff relating to the sword so the rail and joint, etc
Hello, I'm from Canada, through which platform do you buy the zoids?
I currently use hobbylinkjapan or amiami for my zoids.
Are these kits fully made out of ABS? I would like to panel line these but if its made out of ABS, I realize its not safe to do that.
Just top coat it, then panel line.
man out of all 40th anniv zoids this guy is the blockiest of all, from legs to shoulder plates and the accordion belly, this one feels wierd
Ya it's quite bulky especially when compared to the anime iteration and other ligers. Should be slimmer like the supernova version.
@@vancyhobbies but oh well still liked the Design it just feels off lmao
And I would absolutely want one but price wise I would rather get a König Wolf HMM since it's around the same price
I agree the hmm konig is a much better choice not because I am super bias or anything 😆
