Shidou helps me to deal with my porn addiction more specifically, redirecting the energy from the screen to football doesnt mater what thoughts are in my head, what counts is what i do choosing to be on the field rather than sitting at home and jerking my dreams away jip, might be weird but whatever works. porn addiction sucks. this really helps.
One thing i wanna mention is shidou’s goal against the world 5. Rin was able to score cause of a chemical reaction with Bachira. Shidou however is unable to have a chemical reaction with anyone in the bl project stated by ego that means he scored on the world 5 just from his skill alone.
Episode nagi series is gonna show nagi and his team against world 5 but it will also show reo and shidous team against world 5 so i guess we will see Shidou's goal there but we still gotta wait.

The amazing thing with Shidou is that all of his skills are focused on scoring goals and he doesn't mind compromising on other skills if it means he can do that. In chapter 98 Karasu even says "his defense and game making abilities are second rate but his body has all the parameters focused on his ability to score once in front of the goal". I agree with you, he's genuinely one of the best characters of this series. I loved him so much I even made a full video about him on my channel recently !
