Just saw this on Pluto TV's Carol Burnett channel today and had to check it out again because I missed the first half. What a production for this variety show ... choreography, tapping, costumes, hilarious sound effects and jokes, and such a grand tribute to Busby Berkley and the 1930s/1940s musical movies. You can tell Carol adored this stuff, and had fond memories of seeing these kinds of films in her youth. I'm going to save this video in my bookmarks.
Oh My G-d!! Splendid musical production. Carol can hoof with the best. This number was so joyous and professional. Nanette Fabray is so funny. Carol can do it all!!

Carol is a huge fan of movie dancers. A few years ago she told a magazine that she still dreamed of hoofing like Eleanor Powell.
