Were like everyone else in thinking it's way to expensive, however we are now getting on in life and are thinking that in 3 years max we are retiring from being fulltime carers for a citizen who lives with us and selling the home and with the proceeds buy a lusso especially as it has auto leg operation and a ranger or custom kombi leaving us wuth plenty of money to tour the UK and Europe especially Spain to enjoy retirement to the full. This is where i feel the sales for this priced caravan will go to
Bought one of these about 6 weeks ago cant wait until July to collect it. Firat trip in it will be from rhe NE down to Dorsets Jurassic Coast. Couldnt remember it having gas and electric sockets on both sides of the caravan as shown in the video?
@@therealbadguy Hi Yes we picked it up 2 weeks ago (slight delay due to bedding supply issues (no cushion fabric from Coachmans supplier)). It didnt come with a battery and the dealer wanted £250 for the only one they had left so drove 18 mile round trip to get one from Halfords with my trade card for a much bettwr one and less than half the price (pity it was nose to tail traffic so took an hour and a half!) Went (350 miles) to Lytchett Matravers (with the odd person taking pics of the caravan) down near the Jurassic Coast for 10 days @ 30"C+ (the a/c was definately needed) and today started the return via a lovely site with Lakeside walks to break the return journey up on the way home. Nightmare journey back with storms with torrential rain and surface water so bad unable to make the lanes out on the motorway or see out of the towing mirrors.. Got to the site with thunder and lightning but got it auto levelled in about a minute while the water (no Aquaroll was needed) and electric was quickly hooked up then then the storm started.I left my phone 6 ft away in the car and looked like I'd jumped into a swimming pool just to get from the caravan to get it. Hopefully it will stop raining tomorrow so we can check out the site and nearby attractions and get the awning up. Wifi hooked up on arrival and continuous hot water most welcome after todays soaking. The text/app iNet controlled heating/hot water / a/c / ambient lighting is also great.
For such an expensive van it is surprising how it drops the ball in a number of areas. Ordinary back lights and wheels. Very low payload that will get eaten up with barely anything on board. Cheap looking draws without soft close. Conspicuous DAB radio styled like 1990s boy racer. Style over substance, f bowl sink in the bathroom. 1980s concertina door between the bed and kitchen. At this price point details are everything.

Stunning caravan but way over our price range
Ours too... our van will do us nicely.
Nice caravan Ian but wow, so expensive!!!
It really is!

Very nice. It has the power in socket on the off side and the 230v 3 pin on the nearside with a BBQ point.
Have you got it yet ?

I’m sure you go to my gym in Liverpool!!!
hahaha the only Jim I go to see is the fella who owns the chippy. See what I did there?
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans haha fair enough. I honestly thought I’d seen you having watched these videos in DL in Liverpool.
😮 blooming mortgage required
We have the same bowl in our Cadiz.
I don’t mind it, but my hubs likes a wet shave, and he hates it.

I have to agree. I do like them but not for that money.
Think you may need to get a light for the camera.
As you say the price is a lot. It was going to be the next van but really it’s probably now pricing itself out the equation.
All the top end van prices are out of control. £48K for this van next year is crazy money.
You need to do something with your picture quality it is too dark.
Are you still for the love of caravans or towyourownway now how do I follow the vlog
Still FTLOC. Not sure what you mean by "towyourownway" and "how do I follow the vlog".
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans sorry for the mix up. I read towyourown way and thought you were changing your name I must have mixed you up with someone else
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans just realised my mistake. Mixed up you with the coffeevaners new web site
If they knock £10k off, it would still be expensive
£4600. You can buy a two bedroom flat in my town for that. You cannot be serious 😀
The prices are getting out of hand. I would have to sell my soul.... oh and Clare's too to be able to afford these vans.
