I miss the staggering of the 6K, also losing the spitball or dolphin really hurt a lot. Still i love the summon from the puddle and being able to combo of Shadow S unsummon into stuff. But i admit that Zato is more straight fordward now.

Mmmm... first, you should try to get comfortable with the Shadow K mixup. Go to training and in the corner mess around doing this randomly: Knock down the opponent, empty Summon and release Shadow K when the opponent is starting to get up, then: 1) 66, jump, j.K, j.S, j.HS, (land), 2K>2S> Shadow K> 5D> UB Setup at your choice. 2) 66, jump, j.K, j.K, j.HS, (land), Shadow K> 5D> UB Setup at your choice. 3) 66, jump, j.K, j.P, (land), Shadow K> 5D> UB Setup at your choice. 4) 66, jump, j.K, (land), 2D, Shadow S. 5) 66, jump, Empy jump, (land), 5K>5S> Shadow P> 5D > UB Setup at your choice. 6) 66, jump, (at mid air) IAD, j.S-j.HS, (land), 66, 5S, Shadow P> 5D > UB Setup at your choice. When you get comfortable doing this, try to replace Shadow K for Shadow P. Pd: the 66 at the beginning (66, jump) is optional, some times is better not doing it, use your own judgment. Also! check Ogawa matches and try to emulate some of his movement, combos, etc. I hope that this could help you!

I'm also a Zato player from Philippines, Your 6P ( release shadow P) IAD S,HS, to Dust wall unblockable set up loop is incredibly amazing. can you make another vid in inputs showing?, one thing that bugs me is that, can you really do those combos in one go? like if you are having a real opponent? I'm glad that you like it = ). Actually i use a good batch of this on actual match, especially the Shadow Gallery Loop and the UB loop if i have the meter. Also i use new combos that aren't in this video. Like the ones let me unsummon the Shadow and keep pressuring the opponent or going into a combo until the shadow gauge refill, similar to the combo against Faust in this video. I don't think that i will create a video showing my inputs, but! is very probably that when Xrd 1.1 is out for consoles and if im still using Zato, i will create a new combo video or even a tutorial if people want it.
JG I think it's time for that 1.1 tutorial, it's already out, I'll wait for your new vids showing what's the major changes for zato. Thank you so much JG :D
I might be in the minority, but I think having character inputs enabled would have been nice. It wouldn't have been as aesthetically pleasing, but it would be helpful. Nonetheless very good video.
