You have captured it as I remembered it as a kid. Now feeling so home sick as I’m now live on the other side of the planet. Brilliant job Moly

@@mikldude9376They are mountains but small ones and some countries have small mountains too overseas such as Cyprus , Portugal and Poland and the UK . They should try and climb Federation Peak in Tasmania as it is very difficult . I wish people stop bagging Australia from overseas .Good things come in small packages hey !

Google says "When you kill a fly, it releases pheromones that signal to other flies that there is a food source nearby. This can cause more flies to be attracted to the area. Additionally, when you swat a fly, it may release other chemicals that can also attract other flies." Dunno if that applies to march flies and don't care, I'm a swattin regardless. Products with DEET are great repellants but can cause rashes if sensitive to it. On a nicer note "The combination of Rosemary and Cedarwood oil is a safe and proven method to repel flies, mosquitos, midges, and sandflies". I'll be gettin a few R and C incense sticks to test that out. Haven't been there for awhile, forgot how pretty it is. Nice work, as usual.

Molly, I come from America, too. The forests and woodlands in the southernmost areas of Victoria State, Australia have got to be really, really, ancient. I am so glad to see that much forests and woodlands, in the above video, had survived the Year 2020 fires 🔥 🔥 🔥 🚒 🚒 🚒 that had engulfed Australia.

Another masterful video, Molly! Thanks for taking us along with you again! The Wombats were the stars this time, although the sunset was close behind. That thing about the March flies sounded like an 'urban myth' but, on checking it out, it appears that it may be true. However, it did say that flies in general are good pollinators, so maybe we shouldn't kill them, seeing as how bee numbers are being hit pretty bad atm.
