Really nice process ! I am currently hand laying 72 inches of O scale code 148 track. I am using Testor Wood and Metal glue with number 0 truss screws to secure the rails to the ties that I cut. The finished track is in sections. Your layout looks great !
Nice ! What are you using to stain your ties? I am going to start hand laid track as flex track in Sn3 is always out of stock and takes months to get. The same with turnouts. So it's old school for me. Thanks for sharing .
Interesting idea with the tape 👍🏻 Greetings from Austria 🇦🇹

Looking great! Do you get lots of noise laying track on the plywood?
My track is laid on the 2-inch insulation board. I do get some noise from the track on this material. Thanks for your question! thanks for watching!

It's my combo of black show dye, brown craft paint, gray craft paint and lots of isopropyl alcohol!
In the intro video, what is the name of your Louisiana Yard Dog? Is he on guard duty at the landing?
I don't think I've ever named him! Have to come up with a good Cajun name!
Branch line tie spacing is a myth!
