It's fascinating how well you can learn literally anything about software of any kind in a simple tutorial conducted by none other but the Indian computer gods
I was designing with Auto CAD Meachanical in 2012, now i got an interview for a new job today. Thanks to you I kinda know how Autodesk inventor works and I am sure I can work with it. Thanks man
I really appreciate this. I only have experience in Solidworks but I'm interviewing with a company tomorrow that uses Inventor. But it looks like the basics of making parts is very similar.
I've been using Autodesk Maya for 10+ years for animation. Recently, I took interest in mechanical engineering, and Autodesk inventor, feels like, I've been using paper for writing and drawing and somebody comes along and shows me origami. It is very similar, but completely different.
This is crazy. I remember being in engineering class in High School back in 06. I used the program for 2 years and never used it again after graduating. Here I am, 18 years later, relearning to further feed my current 3d printing addiction.
You make me want to learn autocad I was trying to learn free cad no matter what you try and make in it I get errors dot so I will learn from you now new subscriber ❤
Hi I have been trying to get to grips with this program for sometime now. I have just completed the first tutorial thanks to you. Your teaching method is very clear and instructive. Now for tutorial 2 Thanks again

I love you channel and subscribed to it a while ago for an Engineering Design class that as based around Solidworks. This other class I'm in we;re working with Inventor, so naturally I came right back to your channel because the videos are great. What is the better software to master overall Inventor or Solidworks?
Hi it's really a very helpful video, thanks for sharing it and I would like to know which is the best version for practice and if anybody have the link to download please do share.. thanks in Advanced..
pls give more details how you drew a line and automatically converted it into a half circle 5:35. I have Inventor 2020. Mine does not convert to a circle as as shown.
im abit late here but you have to hover the mouse at the end of the first line, a small circle should appear at the tip of the line, then click, hold and drag
Hi. This is so helpful for beginners. Im failing to make the circle right at the end where i have to cut. Please help. That left and right mouse click is failing me. Any other way?
The other way is to click line, draw a line by clicking where the end of the circle should be, then go back to the first point on the top and drag click towards the second. Continue using line to close the figure, then trim the extra diameter line that you used as a guide

Thanks for this tutorial. I work with version 2024 but the basics work the same as your version. It teaches me a lot by replicating your steps.
