Tyler, if you plan on doing more exponential limit break videos, try taking the "Wicked Season" arcana in the beginning of the game, which allows you to grow your "growth" and "curse" stat, which can allow you to, if done correctly, get level 1,000 in some runs.
Thats true but starting on inverse mode with wicked season is very hard and from my experience only some weapons are able to get to 5 min comfortably and the thing is not every weapon can scale exponentially like santa water

So if you can attack 25% of your screen width/height out from the sides, you can spawnkill them, allowing more enemies to spawn, allowing you to get much more xp. Also starting with the wicked season arcana gives you periods of double curse and double xp gain, meaning you level up much faster while having more interesting dynamic times during your run.
you should go back to the director (the huge thing with masks floating around it) to get another relic, after that if you go back to the stage again you will get a very special boss fight with a very special reward, both letting you really push the limits of the game you might not see this since yk some comments might have spoilers and you definitely wont enjoy em, but in case you see this i just wanna say i love your vids, and i found out about many games like backpack heroes and vampire survivors through you and uh thanks

Tyler, if you get -85 % cooldown with laurel, you'll become invincible (not even the red death can kill you) Also laurel doesn't eat any limit breaks so i use it almost everytime
Important note for future: limit breaks you get for the unevolved weapon DO NOT transfer to the evolved one, they just disappear Also some stats in the limit break have their limits (pretty big ones tho), but there is always one infinite one. Once they are maxed out you stop seeing them. Like, obviously, crit always maxes out at 100%, for this weapon specifically area maxes out at 1000%, amount at 20, might is infinite. Also also, limit break number scale from the BASE stats of the weapon, not whatever numbers you see in your stats menu
That 1 weapon + arcana build is particularly fun with clock lancet and laurel, as clock lancet (and especially infinite corridor) complete their 12 attack cycles quite rapidly, and laurel can regain charges just as fast as it loses them, most of the time (seems like it has about a single frame of downtime between i-frames ending and gaining a new charge).
@@FatedHandJonathon For both of them, the arcana Blood Astronomia (XXI) will create damaging zones whenever they trigger (also damage within magnet range), and for clock lancet, there is also Out of Bounds (XII), which causes explosions on enemies when you freeze them. Combine that with the ability to break light sources to obtain rosaries (screen wipe/bomb pickup thing), there is a way to obtain xp, though damage output is indeed lackluster. Thankfully, both these weapons excel in protecting against incoming damage, so it's a little easier to survive than it might initially seem, though still tough. There is also retaliatory damage whenever you take damage, which can kill some of the weakest enemies, but is hardly sustainable in the long term.
if you remember the tutorial you used to kill the reaper and unlock red death the guy that made that video made a guide on some of the really dumb things you can do in this game as a thanks for shouting his video out.
I highly recommend doing santa water with this one. You don even need to get it evolved because of how strong it a get. Also taking the wicked season arcana at the beginning with help a lot too.
If you are going to do this challenge with a different weapon, I beg you to choose garlic. It's been a unique weapon ever since VS released, and is bound to come with its own set of challenges 24:30 :D
For next time, if you want to fight the mini bosses from the rings plus directional passive items (whatever they're called) you can go to them and instead of clicking get, click discard. It'll summon the enemy but won't give you the item.
Garlic will be interesting. Soul stealer gains damage based on how much missing hp you restore over the course of the game. I imagine it'll work really well once you get going... if you can get it going.
You got me into this game. I'm not sure whether to bless or curse your editor now. I'm loving every moment, but every arcana chest I get at this point, and I'm not sure whether I unlock some quality of life upgrades... But it gives me the basic chest roulette before the deck building menu... Heck, I can skip basic chests, but now I want to skip the jackpot rigamarole because I've seen your videos. I'll have the high "yes, jackpot!" Then "ugh, can't skip" and then "Yay! My earnings" roller coaster. I don't want your videos to take a hit on engagement... But, at the same time I feel the slightest bit lied to as to the game flow, having come in half way. A disclaimer if you've had some upgrades I don't as a newbie, or an obvious cut (chest roulette opening slam cutting to randomazzo selection) would have made my hard feelings to my playtime feel less harsh.
Tyler, not to be a hater, but I like your channel for games that engage the brain, not disengage it, I wish you'd do more of those there are so many vampire survivors letsplayers on the platform.

Tip, duplicator is redundant with limitbreak. As there is a hard cap to projectiles for each weapon and you will reach it with limitbreak pretty fast.
It hurt watching Tyler talking about how much he wished he could heal while he ignored the red heart and left hilt

Honestly I can see a series of each weapon getting maxed out would work really well. Similar to ISAB's superbuffed series in BTD6.

just got vampire survivors for myself. Awesome game. first hour or two is grindy, but the scaling becomes exponential after.
