I love this video. I have an antique vanity and so do my 2 daughters!! When they each moved out on their own they bought one! I love carrying on the tradition and doing my granddaughter’s hair at the same vanity that I coiffed my children’s hair at. All the great conversations we have shared at our vanities!

Between these videos and the ones on her own channel, Caroline has been killing the game lately! Seriously her content has always been good but especially recently she's kicked it up a notch!
Both my sister and I inherited my grandmother's two Art Deco style dressing tables with gigantic vanity mirrors. They had two roomy drawers on each side of the center consoles. Hers still had the matching bench (of course), but I had to improvise with my little chair from my tea table. :D We both loved those so much and wish we'd had the foresight to take better care of them to be able to pass them on to our daughters. Love today's video. You probably won't like this, but I think you are adorable. Don't be so freaking hard on yourself! You are filled with so much spirit and knowledge...perhaps just a really good bullshitter, but I like that! No, really. You have such good ideas.
What a great gig for Caroline! Love her YT channel. Am looking forward to more videos by her. As for my vanity, I have a huge thrifted gilt frame mirror hanging on the wall in my entryway where I do my makeup. My bathrooms are too dark (no natural light). In my childhood home growing up, my mom did have a fancy vanity table with three way mirrors and upholstered stool in her bedroom to get ready! Now she has a built in counter top vanity in her bathroom with the bare lights.

This is a great series. Can't wait for more of them. Came for Caroline. Caroline - so stoked for you. This video was excellent - nail polish bit a bit cheesy and I don't know if you need to memorize a script now, but hopefully Wayfair and you will find a balance of your awesome self and trying to insert a lot of historical information. Was definitely interesting to see how you had to fit yourself into Wayfair and it seems like the perfect pairing. Excited for you and Wayfair to find your pacing but damn - this was thoughtful and lovely as always. I'll watch each one of these and Wayfair - congrats on finding the perfect ambassador.

Best hostess ever for this program, for any program. Who else can make you laugh out loud during what can only be described as a history lesson about a table with a rotating mirror.

I love the whole concept of grwm, and vanities are everything. I think I've had more fun getting ready to go out, than actually being out.
My sister did a nice set of b/w photos of my mother at her vanity in the eighties, such a trend setter.
It is fun watching someone else get all dolled up, and it's a healthy competition that keeps us ladies fun.
But not just the ladies, I think there is something so cool about a well groomed guy. I would love to see a couple grwm, or evern just besties.

Oh my god, this was so good. Caroline is so funny, interesting, intelligent, silly, well-spoken, creative, and so absolutely likable. I will buy from Wayfair because they were smart enough to work with Caroline Winkler, lol. But, actually, I’m serious. Wayfair, you should also start working with Caroline’s brother, as well, to make a line of honey pots!
I've never paid much attention to vanities. Have never used makeup (except for one time in the 1980's when I got invited to a Boy George Look-a-like Party). But this history of the vanity was pretty interesting---especially the part about the "mechanical table" with all the drawers and fold out sections! Nice job, Caroline!
