“I guess no one will notice if I step outside of my display case a little.” In season one, Endorsi likens Princesses of Jahad to expensive shoes on display for all to see, but not to touch. Anaak’s mom left that display case when she married and had a child and was persecuted for it. Maybe nobody would notice Endorsi going on a “little date”?
15:05 Actually, she hit Novick, who was already down lol. And then we see Anak making 4 shinsu bangs, showing how impressive princesses are. She isn't even a wave controller and can make 4 while the top E rank wave controllers cap at 3. And Bam is a monster that can use 5.
Another "in the manwa" here : When Anack throws her spear in Ran's cloud, there is this little fun (quick drawn) panel where it hits an already suffering Novick, which is why she believes she successfully hurt Ran and is impressed.
4:20 Khun also mentioned how that is risky last episode. If you miss a dark bullet, you are OUT of the game. What sane person would risk that. You shoot only when you are sure they cannot dodge.
2:40 this change actually happened in season 1 but because they kinda changed the scene about it the change in character design didn’t really have much impact to anime onlys. Those flashback scenes of season 1 where they’re on that balcony are entirely anime original for the sake of retroactively fixing their mistakes in season 1. Also the romance subplot isn’t a big part of season 1 it’s mainly multiple scenes of Bam and Endorsi that were skipped or lines that implied Endorsi having romantic feelings for Bam having been erased or changed altogether.
Yeah btw not well explained in s1 as they did in manwha but Jahad princesses are forbidden to love, marry or have kids... that is why Endorsi said in s1 they were like expensive shoes in Jahad's display case.... only to see not to touch.... Yeah nice to see s2 rescue all the shipping moments between Endoll and Bam.... and they had to cause its kinda important by the end of season... and also Endorsi's main theme during the whole TOG story....
Bluest, season 1 might have had good execution overall, but it wasn't faithful and mess up the story forward. It was all made up by the animation director (headcanon). The director thought TOG was just "another project" and not a big deal or not popular enough. But TOG is very popular in South Korea. Out of its 50 million population maybe 30-50% would recognized TOG. While overseas fanbase and readers are probably in the number of 5 million people. And maybe you haven't noticed yet, that in season 2 Baam never use his golden shinsu anymore... That was not in the manhwa. The Season 1 Animation Director [TAKASHI SANO] didn't understand the significance of [Time-stop Ability] that Baam stole/copied from the red-haired RANKER [QUANT]. It wasn't one-time only thing, because that skill will become a core part of Baam's fighting style in the future. Even after 600 chapters. (about 8-10 seasons anime with each 26 episodes) Do you remember in season 1 how Baam use golden shinsu to fight the bull monster inside the water lake and Baam proceed to get inside the monster's mouth and destroy it?? That's the mistake. Baam was supposedly using this ""TIME STOP ability"" to stop the monster's movement. That was Baam's biggest feat in season 1.
I absolutely recommend reading season 1 if you can. the anime missed and skipped so much. (Season 2 skips stuff to, but it does a way better job at it, also S2 never changes stuff for the sake of being different, while S1 does). Granted at this point the context from season 1 was mostly relevant to things you already saw, but still S1 is just much better than the anime would lead you to believe, and I highly recommend reading it.
So good to see everyone again in action

3:56 in the Manhua, when Traveller says "but these are anti-tank explosives" Baam says "there's a tank coming right at us!" iirc 😂

@@Kollum I forgot that part! It's been a while lol I'm due for a reread

3:56 Can't believe they cut the webtoon joke where Bam says: There's a tank coming at us. Just do it.
The animation got a little better, not too much but definetly noticable. This arc rocks!

15:13 It's an inventory. The spear is connected by a fishing line so it can be pulled back after throwing.
They are using white bullets for the prize for sending the most people to the ship/workshop. Whatever the rare item/weapon is
Shinsu is looking a lot better on average this cour, Quaetro's flames (or the remnants of them at least) look way better too.
Love the reactions, any thoughts to reading on stream after the season ends?

Workshop Battle is shaping up nicely
Anaak’s spear is in conjunction with a reel and Reel Inventory.
out of all the reactors that i've watched, your the only one that actually pays attention to the show lol.
if you read s1 of the webtoon for the romance subplot you gonna have a surprise lol
Khum x Bam is still the biggest ship.
@@renatoramos8834true lmao the bromance is strong with them
Bam and Endorsi together 🤭☺☺
