Also, just had two interesting thoughts that have no backing whatsoever: 1. what if Yozora is the MoM's current vessel? Or, 2. what if Yozora has MoM's second eye? MoM put his eye in the keyblade before giving it to Luxu. If MoM is human or humanoid...this means he has one eye left. One blue eye. Yozora has one blue eye, one red eye. The nameless star says that the person she's waiting for has been changed beyond recognition, his heart replaced with another's. Yozora asks Sora how he recognized him, saying "this isn't what I really look like" Well...technically if the vessel has two eyes then it wouldn't matter that MoM had one eye left...unless he transplanted his eye onto Yozora. (thought #2) Would this mean that Yozora can see the future? Idk man it's 1am, brain cells be all over the place Edit: yes...the keyblade eye's pupil is very different, almost reptile-like, as opposed to Yozora's normal pupil...
So hearing you talk about what the Master of Masters said to Ira made me think "Vanish Dim Fade" those are all ways you would describe light disappearing
Hmmm...so Quadratum is quite literally the town “square.” Perhaps it will be the main hub for the next game (a la Traverse Town or Twilight Town)...leading to other worlds within the unreality universe.
That Keyblade theory makes a ton of sense! Cause now that I think about it, it would make sense why the MOM handed down his Keyblade! Because he knew it would be useless in the world of Quadratum. There is no light, darkness, nor in between so I could really see that happening!
I believe Master of Masters simply did what Sora did. MoM obviously has been messing around with time. He seemed to know of events of the future and had specific plans for it to come to pass. He met Xehanort in the future (shown in Re:Mind) which seemed to directly alter the events of said future due to his explicit influence over Xehanort and his future actions via his meddling. And we know what happens when you mess with time and actually change destiny. Sora ended up in the same world where MoM is. I think MoM just went there first.
I'm sure its been said before, but I feel like the unreality is just the real life world. Like from the perspective of Kingdom Hearts, real life is fiction just as from our side KH is the fiction. But that might completely fall apart if there are some things in Quadratum like in the Verum Rex minigame.
it is possible hat riku may ask yazora to do that but the fact he said that he wandered into quadradum it may be a coincidence that yazora is from another world as well
My overreaching theory is that the world of the masters itself was an AU or dream to the master of masters. So it’s not that he left. It’s that he never could spend much time there to begin with and eventually had to wake up. Maybe his previous key blade wars is him setting the scenario up countless times or even dreaming countless times. He leaves an eye there to watch if his desired scenario ever plays out. And maybe the black box is hope because if it ever does play out that one of these timelines doesn’t end in annihilation, opening that will give him a means to go to that reality. Will see I guess
Uniting 'Reality' and 'Unreality' is what I say the ultimate goal is. That's probably the easiest way to explain how worlds other than Disney properties may be used in the future.
I wonder how the Black Box will tie into all this. Remember, the only other Organization member besides Xigbar that seemed to care about the Black Box in the first place is Luxord. He seems to know something about the Black Box, that it contains "hope". And we can assume Luxord has some connection to Quadratum and Yozora, as we see what appears to be him driving the car Yozora is in. So that tells me the Black Box has some kind of connection to Quadratum. I'm starting to think the Black Box IS a portal between the Kingdom Hearts universe and Quadratum. Remember, it contains "hope". A world devoid of both light and darkness...what other kind of hope could the Master of Masters ask for? I think that's how the Master of Masters disappeared...he used the Black Box kind of like a pocket dimension in order to escape the Kingdom Hearts world until the time was right. When Sora appears in Quadratum, the Master of Masters will know that the time is now right to enact his plan.
The master said in KHUx that he wants to stop the wars if I’m not mistaken but you could be right we did see the master in Remind as well so yeah he could be jumping even without the ark idk if that’s even possible in KH but we will see
So what if the master of masters disappeared for the same reason sora did. What if he knew it was going to happen and he knew where he would end up so that's why he said one day he would disappear. Quadratum could be a brand new stage with none of the wars from the other world's so he could create a perfect kingdom hearts
Do you think it’s possible the Master of Masters committed a nature taboo and that’s why he disappeared? When he talked to Ira it seemed like he wasn’t sure if he would disappear, or what exactly was going to happen to him, just that something was going to. Maybe he did what he told Ira not to do and put something into motion that would change the future. Like perhaps having Ava form The Dandelions. If Sora vanished and woke up in Quadratum, then if the master disappeared in the same way then that could also explain how he found out about Quadratum in the first place.
i think the MoM comes from a “prime” world where light and darkness BEGAN this eternal struggle, and i think he crafted the plot in KHuX so that he could use the power of waking, save the lost masters, ascend to the final world and travel to Quadratum (maybe only getting there once Sora leaves) to finally stop the war by going to a world UNAFFECTED by the countless resets. (An interesting note is that, in the re:mind ending, when yozora defeats you, he follows your heart to the REAL final world, and then can’t stay there so he wakes up. I believe this hints toward a type of immortality Sora has, because of the connections in his heart, so maybe MoM knows this) So, getting to Verum Rex is his ultimate goal because he is finally outside of the gaze of darkness AND light. He can create a new pure world in his image. I also have a harsh theory that 1. New weapons will be developed so they can expand the “keyblade” lore. I think Leon’s gunblade was a concept nomura wanted to delve into, but knew it would distract from his grand visions. 2. data worlds will connect to unreality.
What if the MoM has already started putting light in that world to specific groups/families (Like Yozora's) making him one of the only people in that world to be able to use Magic. This might explain how he's able to crystallize Sora with magic when he shows no other abilities like that.
4 ปีที่แล้ว
Interesting thought, but I don't think magic would take a side (where a side is light or darkness). So using magic wouldn't need to come from anywhere
@ this theory mostly comes from the fact that I think the master of Masters is introducing magic through crystals like in most Final Fantasy games but crystals always represent some aspect of light in them and since the world of Verum Rex seems to be technology focused it's weird that Yozora has any magic so I think the source might come from the crystal which might have been a gift from the master of Masters
MoM will have Luxu open the black [pandoras] box in quadratum to release 'darkness' into their world. Yozora waking up in the car is what happened before MoM effed up their world.
And this is why I don’t trust the Master of Masters. I think he’s become a Knight Templar with his conviction that he can eliminate darkness. Which is impossible because without darkness there is no light. Take away one part and you only have chaos.
4 ปีที่แล้ว
Likewise, he could release "light" into that world. He told Luxu that he had been fighting darkness for a long time, and wanted to see its destruction. Since in Back Cover he told Luxu what was in the box, Luxu would've reacted differently
I just thought of something everyone thinks a heart or book or whatever is in the box but what if quadratum or verum rex is literally in the box luxu has with the master being inside the world in a box so its basically a literal toy box but with a actual world and real people in it
While I don't have a problem believing MoM might be from Quadratum I have to say that doesn't mean that is the reason he can just hop from one reality to the other. If that was the case then Sora would have no problem getting back home which we know that he is having. It also would make his desire to destroy all darkness a little bit odd, why would he dislike something that has no real importance to him on a fundamental level. That said it does seem like he can hop from Reality 1 to Reality 2 with less effort then other people if only because he was able to talk to Xehanort in Remind, which if he couldn't travel between the two realities at will he wouldn't have been able to do. Well unless Scala at the point of Dark Road is still in the Unchained realm instead of in the realm of light, and part of Dark Road is getting Scala into the realm of light. As no one is quite sure what or where the unchained realm really is the idea that it is easier to get to from both realities might make sense. I am not sure that I believe this theory even though something is really off about how the setting works in DR compared to how it works in all the other games. Anyway the idea that MoM is somehow trying to defeat darkness by mushing the two realities together makes a lot of sense and none at all. Honestly Kingdom Hearts being summoned into Quadratum was something that I kind of believed was going to happen ever since I got the idea that Sora most likely will not be saved until the end of KH4. However having the two realities become one is some hope that it will destroy darkness does kind of get rid of the need to find some way to get Sora back home. It would likely be a very bad way full of pain and destruction but it likely would be a way. It would also change the setting a lot which a lot of people seem to want for some reason. Personally I want answers about how all the realms really work more then a complete change in setting but depending on how the setting is changed we might still get answers to how the realms work even after the crashing. I am not sure if I like this idea. Still I will likely keep it in the back of my head for a time.
The MoM wants to stop the constant battle of light and darkness. So if Quadratum has neither maybe he’s there to see if he can bring that to our reality

I thought about and the other person in the car has a close connection to sora that being Luxord. do you think Luxord may have known about soras fate and has sent yozora to save sora? maybe Luxord came from yozoras world/dimension. seems to good to be true
Love this video man and you bring up very nice points on this. MoM definitely has to have some immense power and could have that ability to jump these universes. He definitely seems to have this motivation of trying to "save" these worlds by causing a war between light and darkness. I've been thinking that MoM told Yozora to save Sora by trapping him in the dream in the bad ending. But I think I like your theory on that a lot more haha. Keep up the good work bro!!
Perhap the ""unreality" has different laws, laws that can be molded to the main Kingdom Hearts verse. Basically, because there is one Sky, and alternate Final Worlds touch, one could change the Laws of The Main verse, overwriting the verse with his "fiction", So Kingdom Hearts becomes a Junction of the Author of Realities, or the superpower Author Authority. i get the feeling that Master of Masters wants the ability to "write" Darkness out of existence like an Author would do. However, because he is a Character in the Story, he cannot just pull a Deus Ex Machina. So he need to connect (ha) the fiction " unreality" to Kingdom Hearts, then to the Main Verse, take control of it, then write a transfer of "unreality's" law to the Main verse. Essentiality, write Darkness out of the "game".
I've thought about that. And no I do not believe they can use light or dark no keyblade nor heartless. But you can with data as seen with data sora hes able to summon a data keyblade an Rex's world is technology so all he really has to do is pick up a sword that can store the code of a keyblade an with that he can summon one an it will take the shape of the keyblade. An with darkness they have been preparing through the entire kingdom hearts franchise for the moment to bring heartless over to Rex's world. From data to be put into robots to actually heartless possessing technology but lately it would seem that toys are the best way for a heartless to go because it would seem that they can actually use the power of darkness an be able to safely contain themselves as well as being easier to control in Rex's world.
