I tried Pastuso, as a Peruvian I think their food is ok but most dishes are not presented traditionally like that Lomo saltado. However, that steak Lomo saltado style looks terrific lol.

You have to go to Peru to eat the real lomo saltado... The version is not the real experience... The tenderloin is mixed with all the vegetables and it's cooked using a Wok and the plate comes with rice.
By the name of the restaurant seems to be Colombian and not Peruvian. The ceviche you ate is not Peruvian ceviche. The corn cake is not a typical Peruvian dish. You can get it in Peru, but it is not typical Peruvian. The Lomo Saltado was definitely not the way the Peruvian Lomo Saltado. I am afraid you got dubbed by the people of the restaurant, who are taking advantage of the reputation of the Peruvian cuisine. Furthermore, that was not the Ají sauce. The Ají sauce is orange.
