- Hello all!!! I am back for another Covid-19 vlog! Honestly this social distancing thing has really made me step up my vlog game! (Trying to look on the bright side of this). I know how much you guys love my "What I eat in a Day" so I figured a quarantine version would be the perfect thing to show you guys what I have been eating! Hope you enjoy!

Why you close your dog in a claustrophobic cage ?
Some dogs actually find that crates are a "safe space" and prefer it for their own comfort. A lot of trainers recommend it. My dog hates it, though. I think a previous owner used crating for punishment (which is not something you should ever do). So, I don't crate my dog. As long as they're not crated all the time, there are actually benefits for a lot of dogs.

Crate training is actually excellent for puppies! Helps them learn house training and establishes a safe space for them! Think of it like abed room for them, when they want space and sleep that’s their little area that they can go to!

During this quarantine me and my family are cooking so much, we’re making lots of good foods but we keep them pretty healthy! Eating healthy is important, no matter what. Also, since we can’t go outside our immune system is weakening, so we need to support it with some proper nutrition!💘💕

These comments saying her man was being rude about the English muffin had me thinking he was going to straight up insult her cooking, but he was just joking. He was pretending to rate it like a chef, but obviously doesn't really care about anything except that it tastes good. They just seem to be chill people--not overly exuberant, but kind of calm instead.
The one thing that did bother me was the "you're eating an English muffin"/"it's still an English muffin" as though he can eat it, but she can't. She's obviously healthy and fit, so it's okay. It seems like a double standard, but she seems to hold her ground well so maybe it's different than we see.
i don't know, i think if he was trying to be funny he would have smirked at the camera or something. or even her knowing his personality, she would've laughed, but she seemed taken back. i felt embarrassed for her by his comments. she didn't deserve it, he knew she was making a video.

Zoodles are so yummy you can buy them already done @ our grocers' @ times. I cannot digest garlic, my GI specialist has me on the IBS to control symptoms diet as well. So,I totally avoid even the salt !!!

Do you count calories? You never snack?
I Do not count calories and I love to snack. I wasn't hungry in between meals here since I had a late lunch and early dinner.. so lunch was plenty in between!
Definitely trying the pasta! Sauce look yum and I put all of the same spices, herbs and seasonings too!

Everyone seems to be saying this! If done properly crate training is excellent for dogs, it’s their safe space. Same way we have our own bedrooms when we want space and sleep dogs have their crates :)

Míriam Guijarro A lot of people seem to think this! But it’s very common for training of puppies. Helps with house training and if done properly that’s the dogs safe space. Imagine when you want to be left alone- you go to your room- that’s what the crate is for for the dog!

No offense but the salad portion was ridiculously small, salads are not very calorie dense so that portion it’s kind of bad for you because you may be robbing energy from your vital organs.. that happened to me so I just wanted you to know
That’s a lot of fat in you salad, soooo much oil, it’s best to keep a low fat diet so you stay slim without having to try as hard
