As a personal trainer and knowing people who compete in competitions, they do have a glass of wine the night before, it helps with "drying out" and getting tighter.. So your wine isn't in fact totally guilt free :)

fruit only makes you bloat if you have it with dairy and/or fat. fruit is the fastest digesting food on the planet which is why its smart to have it alone, on an empty stomach with nothing else first. it's also high in antioxidants, fiber and water and acts as a natural dietetic i ALWAYS had lots of fruit before a shoot. when i feel hydrated from the inside out by eating my water and nutrients, I can feel and look my best. to each their own x

With what you were saying about not drinking water before the shoot, surely then if we want to be slim and toned all the time it’s better to not drink much water in general?
Drinking too little can be dangerous of course, that's why some models/bodybuilders stop drinking right before a shoot in order to look more lean and 'toned' . Irl it would of course be way better and more beneficial for your health to keep drinking enough during the day. Dehydrating yourself can harm you.

K S She does. She eats healthy and works out all the time. She just said the day before she makes sure she cuts certain things to help from having extra water weight/bloating etc... And she wanted to show us what she does and eats or doesn’t eat.
I’m a bit worried how little she ate during her day. As someone who leads a very healthy lifestyle with no junk food my breakfast would cover most of her daily calories but then I have a lot of muscle and am extremely active so I need to eat about 3k calories to sustain my body. Still though, I am worried how little she ate and the impression this video could give to females.

Lots of masks that say “glow” have exfoliating ingredients in them, so be careful so you don’t over exfoliate that day🙂
