I’m always a fan of this channel because of their videos, until recently I noticed how some of the videos were edited differently with these over the top zoom ins here and there with these overlaying texts which is not really necessary because it does not go with the video. I hope they hire editors that can keep the consistency from other videos which makes the channel more property feature/tour appropriate. I still love Julia and Presello team!
Yep. It's over the top. Just give us Julia touring the property. That's all we need.
I have to agree. The constant changes in the video didn't flow smoothly and just felt nauseating.
I feel like this type of editing will be so much better as shorts or for teaser(house unboxing) purposes, or you know, the highlights of the house tour and not for a house tour itself. Those huuuuge write ups are very distracting.

Thats a lil' too much! Also font size is also too much, to the point where you almost can't see the tour.
Ngayon na lang ako ulit nanood ng Presello. Wala pa rin kupas si Julia pero nakakahilo panoodin to sa tv yung makulit na style ng editing mag zoom in zoom out, aalog papalit palit ng scenes. And ang pag appear ng malalaking subtitles. Nakakamiss yung simpleng lakad lang ng cameraman habang nagsasalita si Julia. 😊
The subtitle can do better on the side like square meters, number of rooms. And no need for subtitle for unnecessary words like 'generally' 'oww'.. it's distracting.
We demand a re-edit of this tour!!!
The resort is beautiful.. Julia's delivery is awesome and cool.. but the editors over editing skills ruined the tour 😂
i think its better if you'll lessen the words popping out on the screen. its still a lovely video tho ❤
I've always liked watching Presello, but lately I feel a bit turned off with the oversized texts that pop out of nowhere and cover basically the entire screen instead of being able to showcase the beauty of the houses you've been touring. The texts and the zooms are excessive.
This was indeed a paradise omg 🥺 💖 please also feature a house/condo that is suitable for one person. Like someone living alone but likes to invite people over. Thank you.
There is a way to edit a new series to have it's own unique style without making the edit overly stimulating and distracting.
Here we go again with these new editing style that distracts the viewers on what they really want to watch, which is the property and julia. The words are distracting and unnecessary.
What’s with the ginormous and annoying subs?? It’s distracting to say the least. Takes away the focus from the beautiful location being featured.
TBH ang sakit sa mata ng mga unnecessary subtitles with different colors, is this what we called Fresh? Parang hindi naman. Sorry but this is my first time being disappointed with the editing as a subscriber since 2018.

It maybe new and its good to try different things but the video is completely unwatchable with all the pop up text, sorry to be negative and your channel is normally by far the best philippine house tour channels, but this just didn't work. It looked like it was edited by high school kids who had just been been taught how to edit 😂😂😂.

This new 'Fresh Tour' series seems to have been the ploy to bring back this editing style. I'll still watch the video because I'm loyal to the camera work + Julia's narration, but this type of editing is not suited for long form videos. Actually, this style of editing doesn't suit any video and really brings down the brand value. Like 'PAAARKING' and 'BAACK'? Why?? And the use of only primary colors - I don't think there's any age group that would appreciate this.

Mas maganda po siguro kung unahin iupload yung regular house tour kaysa dito sa fresh edit (para mas magets ng iba na two edits ang ilalabas niyo). 850 m for this beautiful hotel. If I had the money I would buy it and just live there for the rest of my life.
This is out of place in the small island of Boracay. It looks heavy, overly large and bulky and the decor and colors are dated and old fashioned. I was hoping for a place with a lighter and brighter feel with more of a native touch, which is what Boracay is known for. But bravo for using solar energy.

Editor is not helping sell the property.
Too much words popping out. We can understand Julia just fine, no need to add the OVERSIZED subs.
Also, too many other shots being shown while the host is explaining the area she's currently in so the viewer can't appreciate the area she's currently showing.
Let the viewer actually focus on what the area/room looks like.
Remember, you are trying to sell the property, this is not Julia just vlogging her vacay.

I think the video lost the sophistication which i always admired similar to AD. It now looks like a cartoon becoz of the over the top texts and subtitles. It is just too distracting. Maybe the editor can learn “class” from Romolini Channel

All the Neistat-inspired editing and insertion of bad copy are unnecessary. It's like trying to justify an P850 million price tag. Let the property speak for itself. I had a headache trying to remain focused on the video with all the epileptic-inducing clips.
Nobody's gonna mention that the video is filtered? aside from the zooming and huge text inserts, it looks dark and gloomy! Like Julia is exploring an abandoned hotel after a nuclear fallout ☢, since there's no other people but them lol

Presello im your avid subscriber and I admire Julia a lot, she's amazing for real. But please bring back the old and traditional Presello video editing skills. This new editing skills is literally annoying. I'm sorry to say this but it becomes cheap. I know you can do better. In presello we trust. ❤
