I really like the house and every details but hope the price is less 9,hehehe..
it could be if only they'd just removed that movie room and made the living room bigger, if the movie room can only accommodate 2 people then might as well make the living room bigger, install a 80+ inch tv and a surround sound system then everybody can enjoy watching movies together as a family.

What did you like most about this home? :)
First of all, this house, despite a small lot area, really maximized the use of space. To be able to fit four rooms upstairs with a common area that is large enough for another seating area and a small balcony is a great achievement in layout design. I just wished that the primary bathroom is a little bit bigger to afford a double sink vanity. Maybe do away with the bathtub since we Filipinos do not use the bathtub that much or better yet, have the bathtub within the shower area to save space. Second, the open layout of the first floor is also a commendable design feature that is necessitated by the small lot area. By doing away with the traditional boundaries of walls, the common areas became very practical and truly functional because everything is just a few steps away. The theater room is a nice touch although it can only seat two but I guess bean bags will solve the problem of not having more chairs for other guests. Also, the theater room can also double as a videoke room since singing out loud will not be too disturbing to the neighbors because it can be closed off. Third, the parking spaces were also designed beautifully that took advantage of the lot being in the corner and showcased the house better which is what designers call, curb appeal. I also like the idea of having centralized water heating instead of the ugly water heaters beside the showerheads. One last thing. The wall to your right once you enter the house will make you see the entire space small because it blocked your view to the right. If you cannot remove the wall because it is an architectural or structural necessity, maybe make it half a wall with a post at the end so when you enter the house you can see the whole first floor and make the space look bigger than it actually is. Overall, one of the best houses you featured in this channel and having seen the price, is even better than the more expensive ones you featured, even the ones in Alabang.

@5:00-5:10 i know u can extend ur houseup to ur lot and build a firewall but in my opinion bottom & top firewall is just way too selfish. It's good this house paved way for a lil space on that side.

in fairness. like it among others. well maximized.. all rooms, spaces, function areas that I prefer are all there. except for the pool. hope there's a pool.
Correct me if I am wrong but what I think the correct is "Perpendicular Parking" that is 90 degrees from the curve or wall and not "Parallel Parking".
