I've been researching baptist fan rulers so I could quilt an antique top I bought. Yours is the first one that made sense to me. These are the rulers I will buy when I'm ready to quilt this top. Thanks!

I've been looking for good tutorial on Baptist fans I love your tutorial it makes sense to me I want to tell you thank you so much for sharing this video. Ellie
Hi!! Yes I do because it is a partial circle, you need the one before to know where to start. If I were doing a clamshell design then you could start anywhere.
thanks Ann. I am currently working on some more videos... One on the ProSpine should be up soon and then I am going to go back to circles.... there are so many things you can do with circles!! Have a great day.
@@lisahcalle Thank you so much for writing back, I want to buy one but we have to consider space in our house which we built especially for our son Damon who is severely disabled and in a wheelchair and his two younger sisters. I'm watching and trying to learn all I can, in between school and appointments. Hopefully I will manage to buy one, I hope you keep doing the videos. Thankyou again❤💐
Thank you for showing how you work the baptist fan design!

As there no CC on here, I get the first row, I think but I can't tell what she's lining up on the second row.
Go to 7:16 with the sound on and I tell you how I’m lining up the second row.
Yes. I'm sorry. I should have explained, I'm a lip reader, I'm deaf. 🤭

Thank you for this tutorial! Very helpful!
Do you always start on the edge of your quilt for a Baptist fan ?

Thank you. I don't have any of your rulers but more videos of how and what to use them for would make me a buyer!

I'm guessing you plan it all out begin you begin? Do you draw it out on paper? I love the work that you do, it's very impressive
Barbara Marshall this I don’t plan it. Just start at the top left hand corner and go.

Thanks Lisa! Lovely of you to share. Will you make any other video's of what else you can use the circles for? I love my ProEcho rulers BTW.

I sure will!! Stay tuned.
Thank You. Your explanation was clear and concise. I have rulers and arcs and the most difficult part was where to ALWAYS place my center.
I’m so glad you liked the instruction.
