I really hit rock bottom in June of this year. I ended up in A&E and was desperate to be admitted to a psychiatric ward. The four months leading up to that were an unbearable nightmare. I initially wasn't diagnosed correctly. Finally I was diagnosed with OCD and put on medication. I've improved so much in the past month. As you say, the fear of relapse is daunting.

My thing at the moment is a fear of fear. My sensorimotor ocd fear of blinking and fear of saliva had slowly begun to decrease but when watching tv all of a sudden blinking came in again and i felt right back to the bad times. my anxiety causes symptoms like a dry mouth but the medication i am on also causes this and i dont know which is which. so anxiety causes symptoms and the symptoms cause more anxiety. What can i do?
