Awesome racing, KJ, and I hope USA BMX does a better job in the future of making the decision maker/pro-set a risk reward pay-off worth the risk as they have done most times in the past. It makes for a lot more exciting racing for the 14/15-ish and up experts when they are going big, or going home. If you can't hit the pro set from about 14-35 (and Vet Pro), do you really deserve to win Grands?
Thank you! And yes I agree. The pro sets that have a huge reward are always the most interesting. The year 2017 or 2018 was the best when it cut out a big portion of the track and was hard to get through. So many good races that year
Those don't look like "flat" shoes to me. You race flats as Pro then go to clips when you race expert.... Goes to show you are taking armature way more serous than racing pro. lol, great video and commentary! Just would have liked to see you carry your "flats" tradition back into armature racing. Especially if your just having fun.
I raced flats in A pro at 3 races. I was always mid pack and i crashed every time. So I put clips back on because crashing isn’t fun. You can still have fun in clips🤘🏽 I probably wouldn’t have been able to consistently get through the pro section if I was in flats
