Great content, but I will suggest something. The title is highly misleading for many aspiring junior candidates. The word 'interviews' should be used instead of 'offers'. Your resume got you interviews, and your skillsets and confidence got you the offers. I understand if you did that for clickbait since you mentioned the right thing in the video. Also, quantification doesn't work if you cannot get that data, although it is the best option if you have it. Smart recruiting managers may catch you if you use fake quantification if the cross verifies going deeper into it. Eg: Increased engagement of 50K+ students by introducing gamification techniques (leaderboards and rewards). Although you couldn't quantify engagement in terms of an increase in 'average time spent' or 'average visit frequency', you said the 'increase in engagement.' Now the question that might come is how do you know the increase in engagement? To add more validation, you can 'as validated through usability testing observation and feedbacks.' Eg: Increased engagement of 50K+ students by introducing gamification techniques (leaderboards and rewards), and validated through usability testing observation and feedback.' Although you couldn't quantify the improvement of something, you still provided qualitative insight, which is better than nothing. But as you said, if you have that data, the best option is quantifying it with Google's XYZ resume formula. For different scenarios, the statements would change, and you have to keep iterating to get the best sentence structure based on the scenarios.

Hi Ashhad, good video. Many people may have a "perfect" resume but fail to pass the background check. It is super important to get your credential verified through a profile check certificate these days. Many foreign companies won't even entertain applicants for an interview without this.
