I would think no, because in my opinion python is the best language to learn DSA. I have myself done that and still doing that, but what I would say is you should be good at reading syntex of C++ or java, not whole syntex but basics of it, because sometimes some questions solutions are only present in these languages but that doesn't mean Python is any less. I want to ask that coming from Civil what is my chances of growth in IT field compare to Computer science or IT students? And what should be my approach towards this career to get placed into good companies? Do Engineering branches matter in big companies irrespective of skills and knowledge? Pls guide me 🙏

One thing is Python is not useful to get job easily but going to java will easier to get at any company. Why you are recommending python for dsa but it's not true. For better understanding, c++ is better and there is a big community for c++ to find solution of a particular problem. Python is best for projects because you have to write small codes and you can complete the project timely.
