Sir it's a very good discussion. In our education system what we do we try to introduce technology to the students in higher education. To the best of my knowledge in West they are now introducing basic concepts of science through games. How do you see this concept of games in early education in the context of Pakistan?

I still see lots of misconceptions on Hindu philosophy. We do not hate Nehru in all respects in fact for certain ideology. Hindu philosophy does have something called vedic mathematics which is way beyond the west ever thought of. So with patrial knowledge one should not comment. Even before commenting about anything all should research properly.

The only thing i disagree with the professor is that subcontinent had a science and mathematical base, most of the early arab mathematics and science were based out of indian mathematics texts. Also don't compare hindu extremists with muslims ones. Hinduism has many rituals and traditions but it being open architecture religion, science never faced any opposition. Actually most ancient great indian science and mathematics greats were saints and gurus.

That said - it was a pretty sad discussion on science in the subcontinent where all the scientific and cultural contributions that developed here - some likely in modern pakistan - just because they happened in the pre-islamic era.
In modern india we often make connections to scientific/tech accomplishments by ancient indian civilizations to drive home the point that we are at our best when we are an inventive, progressive civilization.

Thus , India moved forward with IT. The Paksitani men only existed for one thing to marry any girl and as we know after that nothing else matters. India emphasizes a lot on Scientific education - that is because every Indian supports that kind of approach - this has nothing to do with Mr.Nehru. A backward country that is unable to pay its debt. A country that requires borrowed money to pay interest on the debt talks of science. Is it possible to talk of Quantum Physics when quarter of the country is under water? The professor is right when he evokes the Moguls and their disregard toward science. The inventors of modern science, present around 1618, saw this lack of interest in matters of economics and science with a sense of horror. This sense of horror remained there throughout their stay in the land of famine and starvation. They were particularly horrified at both Muslim and Hindu decay. Nehru saw it and shared English sense of horror. He saw how Hindu barbarism is fortified because it is connected with religion. His solution: Get Indian economy rolling with a strong education sector. This was a brilliant move. It was to bring back to life a shattered and dying India. Pakistan, with its feeble Muslim mind, kept its dead Mogul Equilibrium. Pakistan nuclear project is a white collar theft. That explains why Pakistan remains backward in both Physics and Math.

Sir, just to put things in perspective (re Nehru comment): It is easy for a Hindu to be ‘secular’, because Hinduism does not demand allegiance to one doctrine, and certainly not to the idea of one God. you don’t have to believe in Shiva, or Vishnu, or Durga, or Ganesha, perform any ritual, or read any holy book. Pakitsanis seems to have so much misinformation about Hinduism that it is mind boggling. It is a pity given that Hinduism has been your own roots and is sitting right next to you and you still don’t want to understand it properly.

Most of Kattar Hindus are agnostics. They believe there is some supreme being - but nobody is sure what form or shape that supreme being exists in.

'katter hindu'. Haaahaha. I respect Hoodby sahib, but his analysis is childish and biased. Coming from a rational person, it is shocking. Modi sahib has made India a technologic hub of the world. It's sad to see him lopsided and biased.

This professor is basically atheist and always reflects negative behavior whenever you listen to him. He himself had done nothing more remarkable than just doing criticisms. He is Islamophobic, rather a religophobic. He is among those who belong to the generation who could not be able to play a positive role. And now he, the most negative one, is always busy spreading filth of his own mind.
