Do you think the quality of this upload can be better? Let me know and I'll review it!
This was an epic track in the making! All of us actually didn't have time to work on this, but we MADE time for it. For many weeks the Renoise workfile flew all over the planet back and forth between all of us (DRAX, MickRip, Me and finally Laxity also)... At some point we had to draw a line... sat down and mixed it down for a final approval by all of us. Music has magic to it, but time permits. Thanks for the upload ReclusiveLemming. Hope you're doing well!
I still listen to is to this day on fridays when I take a shower before hitting the dancefloor -- pumps me up :)
Beyond epic tune. Thanks to you all for making it.
You are more than welcome! =)
I show this to my 30-something-year-old friends and explain that THIS is how we discovered that computers could make music, and it was JUST before our time. Oh, how we DID discover… and this is proof that it was good!
idk how ypu guys came ip with this song but its amazing

Why do you have to extend time to *hours?*
@@JoseChuaJuanChen2021 It's just a personal habit.
those last few minutes still absolutely blow my mind
Holy shit, that drop and bass at 04:33 was so fucking illegal. I came at least 5x just listening to that.
The fact that people are still coming here and commenting is awesome! Jeroen Tel and the gang made such a great track here!
10:12 to 10:40 is my favorite passage.
This song is good for the morning preparation routine !
0:00 to 23:01 is my favourite bit 😄
@@chrisoneill5599 Meh!
Is there somewhere where i can play just this part and not the whole thing? I keep going back to it.
@@etherd download an mp3 of the song, and cut the mp3 file down to your liking
The musical structure seems to be inspired from a J.S. Bach Fugue... (A bit like Toccata and Fugue)
18:50 one of the best simple melodies ive ever heard, pure frission, just wow
lacks the second repeat..
what simple
When the world needed him most this legend remained sleep
His story has ended for good it seems and although he may not be here with us now, his legend will be told for ages to come,
The legend of reclusive lemming
Awsome retro track to listen to on a long car ride!

Sim kkkkkkkkkkkkkk
My go-to workout music now. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to be exact.
Perfect length, perfect build-up and steady beat, made by my fav composers of the 90's, what more could I ask? :D
@Gek ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ never thought I would see this comment. now I have. thanks you MoN and Gek!
Lots of 90s nerds picking up weights. Great to see.
I play this every time I'm installing linux on a computer. it has the perfect length and just gets me hyped!
yep sounds about right
Thank you for the tip.
Old thinkpad restoring vibes
@@auronkardek haha yes
This should be part of all Linux distro installations.
@15:30 an epic arc starts...
YES! the breakdown up until 15.56 when EVERYTHING comes back and just hits you like a ton of bricks. GOOSEBUMPS. EVERY. FUCKING. TIME.
I'm flipping a coin, this is either a really cool Megaman X6 track or the best version of Phantasy Star ever played! ;) Bravo and well-done / greets to Jeroen, Drax, MickRip & Laxity
This is one of those very few precious instances where chiptune and electronic music in general went truly prog, truly an achievement to the artistry of the genre.
5:40 , very nice
this one is so huge, my fav part starts around 6:55
Battle on Serene Land brought me here
i'm honestly surprised there is still a decent community for this music.
LOVE it
I was looking for some Virt chiptune compositions and then I stumbled upon this...Wow...Wow...WOW!!! I absolutely love this. Just wish this kind of music was more mainstream. The melodic motifs are hypnotizing and the transitions always leave you wanting more from beginning to end...And it doesn't disappoint! Thank you to all who contribute to and share this wonderful music. This is truly a work of amazing art!
That was intense.
ReclusiveLemming! We miss you!
from 15:56 to 17:49 is my favorite passage
Bliss, all the way through
"Já chegou o oco voador"
Man when that bass kicks in... *chefs kiss*
This tune is A m a i z i n g ! ! !
this track makes me shake especially with headphones
10:11 the best!
This is an absolute bop, and I love the absolute amount of effort put into this!
Man I really feel like I should be walking left to right distributing street justice with my blazing fists! As a former CIA agent, special forces operative, and part time street dancer 20 year old you have all the skills to bring justice to a city crying out!
I don't often see long tracks like this one; it's sorely needed in the demoscene and in chiptunes. I enjoyed every second of this track, and it's great for studying
Thank you for inserting happiness into my heart through these lovely vibes.
MY EARS ARE SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW 17:00

What an amazingly beautiful sound, my ears are in love!
Hello, fellow fur! Nice to see another fur who enjoys these tunes! I subscribed to you! Feel free to check out my playlists on my channel. I strongly suggest my non Spotify songs playlist. You won’t regret what you find on there. Gift from me to you! If your interested further, check out my Spotify profile called Sultan of Rock n’ Synth Blues. I have a playlists there named Time Travel that have pretty much songs from 1990s to 1920s from any genre. Synth- pop is very much included of course, hehe! They are my life’s work and surprise, surprise made them under a year while still updating them everyday. Thank you! And I hope you have an amazing and prosperous day, fellow fur!
this song is awesome cus its just around the length of my commute to/from school... one song for the whole ride

I thought Extends Levant was long... hell, it even has "Extend" in the name!!!
16:51 - 18:50
This is my favorite segment. Retro beats like I am playing an arcade game on Gameboy Advance SP, or even the Android.
Feels like a 2D Arena Sidescroller.
Beautiful beeboppin.
This feels like a trance song, but in chiptune style. Awesome!

Are you doing alright? No updates in a while
.
Phhase Hey, thanks for asking. I'm struggling with these kind of question, I guess I'll just copy past my thoughts: "honest answer: no, I feel miserable. Socially desirable answer: yeah, I'm doing great! How are you?". The channel suffered under my mental state, I'll try to upload some nice tracks very soon. I'm sorry for the inactivity.
ReclusiveLemming
Well, I hope whatever's doing on works out for you! If I could help more, I would.
Be well.
ReclusiveLemming Life is not like a day in the park... You're right my friend, you may have a lot o problems. But I know you'll be strong enough to get over all the hurtles you're facing whatever they are.

Ask the father strength, and he will provide you with strength. I was wondering yesterday, "My God... look at me, I'm a miserable person... I can't do things right, nothing I do is good, nothing I do actually work." It was yesterday. Today I feel I'm stronger, I don't know how to explain. But I feel he's closer to me.
You're channel is one of the best to me, definitely. It showed me another world of music. I'd not like chiptune as much as I like, if you didn't have this channel. Your uploads are the best. I love you !!! \o/
As Phhase said. Be well bro.
ReclusiveLemming Dude, I know how depression can destroy a person! You should talk to people you like ASAP for help, don't be afraid for ask for that. What I can say is that you have an awesome channel, and have been helping me work since you made it. I like it a lot!
+João Brant I SECOND That notion! Plus, you've built a fanbase here where some of your fans are supporting you literally, socially, AND may go further and be a mental support for you as well. You have options at your disposal my friend =D just reach out and ask. I've heard starting to listen to all of your videos this week and loving it. Keep up the good work, and rest assured that we got your back for support!-Runestar

@@SammygoodTunes hey! Only 5 years late haha!
I love this song lol
It is one of the longest chiptune songs that I know of.
@@XT3RM1N8R The longest I've seen for sure, very imaginative. Came here after listening to FoD's Dancing 0n the m%n, the melody of which I've had stuck in my head for the past 3 days lol
Yeah more like festive lemming amarite ?
Good song; kinda short.
Ever listend' to some stuff from XTD? He's got some rad tunes up his sleeves.
Lemming doesn't just listen, he assembles the right stuff so you don't have to.
I can't find it in the FLAC link or the Module link! Am I blind, or is it not there anymore?
Yee
23 minutes! That's a long song.
Do you have any rules for using your music? Are credits & link to you good enough??
Good uploads!
It's not his music, so you should rather contact the original authors and ask them. Their website is maniacsofnoise(dot)nl.
Thank you!
anyone know what hardware this song is running on?
