THank you for the very good review and to mention the not so goods. One thing you did not mention is, that the 1/4 inch threads at the legs are only ok for very small mounts. It looks to me that the arm you mounted in the video did not fit as well.
@@SamuelSotiega At 05:33 when you screw the holder in you can see that it does not fit between the legs. At 06:05 you can see, that the srew has scratched the screws of the two legs so it did not fit well. This can but must not be a problem.

I wanted it for my Sony A1 and 200-600. It can hold the weight
I had 70-200mm canon L series lens on it and I didn’t have any issue whatsoever or felt the tripod was at its limit or even close to it…
Does the phone mount have a cold shoe built in?
No. The groves it has at the base is to fit inside the tripod base mount, not to act as a cold shoe mount….

You would need to buy an adaptor to do that. Base plates always irritate me when it comes to tripods…
