Curious if you can Fader link between splits at all. My broadcast mixes need to follow what I’m doing in the room. Might not be the workflow for me, I suppose.

Looking for donations to buy the Yamaha DM7.

Did I miss something. I though Split A would be on one bay, and split B on the other bay. how does it work with one pair of headphones? If one is mixing on phones for a streaming mix, how does the one mixing a live mix solo a channel to headphones?

I would be nice to have some sort of option to mirror parameters on each side that replicate all the channel linking, panning, gain structure, channel names on each side: would make this workflow twice as fast and more achievable if I was mixing a bunch of bands on the fly with little prep time

Yes! For exemple starting point on A (FOH) naming, gain, low cut and copy that to split B (monitors)
      to be faster.

If the dm7 had a physical personal monitor mix like the dp48 from Midas I’d buy the dm7 immediately. I like using products that just work seamlessly together like the M32r and the dp48 from Midas or the behringer wing and the dp48. When I see people use the dm7 and the aviom it looks really weird. Yamaha please create something like the Midas dp48 but better.

But you can use any Dante personal mixer, or not?

@@henricavalcante4444 I think so. I’m sure about the avioms but others not so much.

I bet my employer doesn‘t find this video, otherwise they will ask why we use two separate mixers for our two venues up until now… 😅
