- USA Variant Samsung Galaxy mobile phones cannot be updated to latest android OS automatically if not using in USA. It is suppose to be connected with USA particular network with sim card to get auto updates via OTA.
If you are using USA galaxy s20 5G mobile phone in other country then you need to update the set manually by flashing the latest firmware on it.
Do not worry, set will not get country lock.
How exactly to do that, watch the full video without skipping any part of it and get update your set from lower android to the latest Android OS.

cpid samsung phones can be flash manually , and global cpid can get auto update via OTA
but usa variant will not get, manually we have to update

first of all, your usa mobile must be country unlock to let sim work in your country, then for updating, we need to update by flashing stock firmware by choosing correct firmware with correct csc code with help of odin to flash, and ota updates will only be coming if mobile is connected with AT&T in USA, every time we need to update by flashing manually, and what ever you do, risk will be yours, what i have showed in video is the way to update USA variants galaxy phones

no need to unlock bootloader for flashing samsung stock firmware, and knox triggered after unlocking bootloader or trying flashing custom rom

USA variant phones which are using out from USA and out of particualr network cannot be getting OTA updates, this is how to update USA variant all galaxy S series phones, you need to check website like after 6 months for updates

unlocking bootloader does not requires for stock firmware flashing, yes it is and it will work on lock bootloader, download firmware accordingly with CSC check

Hello Sir, I have a Samsung S23 Ultra US version and if I install the firmware for the International version of the S23 Ultra using Odin in order to get a CSC that is outside the US, will this work, or will it destroy my phone? BTW, I think there are slight differences in hardware from the US version to international version, such as no CDMA for 2G/3G in the International version. Do you have any suggestions on this?
dear, never flashing another variant firmware on US variant, first of all, Odin will give an error that miss match firmware or device

dear brother, as far i know that cpid patch phone can be updated through OTA and manually flashing stock firmware, but there are 2 to 3 types of CPID patching method, which also cost different, now best advice to confirm from the shop where you have purchased mobile

software update can be done easily by following the video tutorial, but not sure about the line, if line is not prominent every time, coming only with camera, then may be it get resolve, but try to check in case line is there on screen every time

dear, Japanese mobile phones have issues with network, even in other countries also, i think Japanese mobile have not same bands that global have, must be some different, and rom cannot be change on japanese samsung mobile, it will be remain same, better to get global device for to get 5G works

Yes im selected USC exactly like the video and with the latest firmware ONE UI 4.0 is really good. There no more shutter lag on the camera and the battery still good. i have showed in my video which option to select, and also showed CSC software service provider code, USC or ATT having same CSC code the one currently have on your phone then you can select any one of it.
only way to update AT&T galaxy phones which are using out of USA is the way i showed in this video

dear, i have not done this way, the way you are asking, but yes you are right, if you do not want to loose data, then that is the way to install, and no need to select nand erase
