Always place the console in a horizontal position, not the vertical position.

I came here for the charging dock review because I'm considering to pre-ordering it now. I had no idea the dock wasn't USB-C, now I gotta check my power strip for an AC outlet. Thanks Andrea.

Also, personally I love using AudioQuest HDMI cables. It doesn't really do anything of video, but makes a HUGE difference for audio. Which is important as I love to play my single player games with home theater system. That's just me though of course!

My only real concern with the PS5 right now is the build quality of DualSense controller and analog sticks in particular, cuz DS4 at launch had problems with analog sticks and overall build quality which Sony fixed with the release of DS4 Ver 2. I really hope they won't make the same mistake again🤞
Also, not a fan of glossy front and top part of the console (or glossy surfaces in general) which will get covered with scratches in no time, even if you'll be very careful cleaning it up from dust. I'll be displaying the console from its side with PS logo cuz I don't like how the front looks very much, plus I won't be looking at the Blu-Ray drive🙂

I will keep the console box if it's a special edition system (see my Zelda Wii U or Cyberpunk XB1X) just in case I sell it later or for collection's sake to keep them complete. Standard boxes will probably be kept for the warranty period then disposed of because I just don't have the room.

I keep my boxes and i also love the smell of new things. You are not alone ha
i'm pretty sure the headphone earcups are made from protein leather. unfortunately, it will deteriorate over time. i'm not sure if you can detach the earcups but if you can, it's possible you can find aftermarket cup that is made from genuine leather (cow, lambskin) which will last a lot longer than protein leather.
Third video I'm watching and the best one I've seen. Love the part where she smells the system, the one thing video can't capture.
I got to say, I think the digital edition looks better.

Have you tried running games on it at 120hz on 1440p. Is it possible to opt out of 4k if you prefer the higher refresh rate and only got a panel with hdmi 2.0?

On a serious note, I don't know how GS is going to provide non-descript black bags big enough for these consoles (that's what they did in 2013 so customers weren't walking to their vehicles, etc. with huge bags that said GameStop.)
I keep all my electronics boxes incase of returns or moving. I am not a fan of new electronic funk though, lol.

Can someone with a ps5 please check the maximum terabyte size usb3 drive it can take. Ps4 had a small limit of only 8T.

Does anyone know if the ps5 camera has a built-in mic ?, I wearing hearing aids also suffer from tinnitus so headphones are not viable for me. on the ps4 i use the ps4 camera to talk to my friends in party chat. Any feedback would be much appreciated it.
