Exactly! A great interviewer is one that you don’t know is in the room.

I don't mind tape on my mouth, actually wish there was stronger tape that would adhere better to skin with stuble - I'm having to shave around my mouth a lot more than I normally would during the pandemic, lol! I was always a mouth breather so I feel my jaw always wants to be open when it's relaxed/asleep and so I wish there was another way to keep it closed other than simply taping it.

Thank you for this interview. I'm reading your book a second time and now these you tube videos have more meaning since I understand the negative effects of mouth breathing.

I loved the book Mr Nestor it was an Excellent reference on majority of the Breath work and your own journey but i think you forgot what would your views be on the Frolov device which traps CO2 on exhale and let it be inhaled.
Or even other breath retraining device which claim to strengthen and train diaphragmatic breathing only.
    Thank you

Does nitric oxide get released on our exhales through our nose as well?

The information on how to breathe around others with the virus in mind was very helpful.

James i cant thankyou enough for helping me because since taping my mouth first time made me shock when wake up in the morning, the pain all over my body that i used to get since 30 yrs ago, its all gone just in 1 night. ( i have minor thalasemia n chronic anemia, my Hb only half of normal rate & my iron level only 2.05 , almost zero , that made me get music hallucination ). My mouth is so small, i alws found my tooth mark on my tongue, now i fight to breath correctly, but James is it correct if i breath with my mouth close, tongue at the roof although still 40% can stay at the roof , then i start to inhale n exhale from the larynx inside my mouth not from nose directly? Is it valid ? Really hoping you can help me bcz i really struggle with my blood condition that took me to very bad memory issues, heart palpitation, absorption issues which now seems improve..thx again James

in 2021, I got a bad cold and thought it was Covid because I lost the sense of smell and taste by 85-90%. I was tested by the hospital doctor and was told I did NOT have Covid. He said there are "other" viruses that will mute taste and smell, but it would come back. It's 3 years now and I'm still 85-90% muted. Any idea how to help me?

James, what are your thoughts on chewing gum? Is that impact between the molars enough to stimulate stem cell production?
