Sooo many gems in here! A few things that stood out to me were, • Use the first 4 numbers as the NSN to search, this is your FSC = Federal Supply Class • There are categories set aside specifically for small businesses • OEM and approved source are interchangeable • The OEM never loses because they can either sell to you (the small business) or the company directly but either way they're the approved seller • Establish relationships and accounts with these larger companies as what your quoting must trace back to the approved manufacturers And much much more! Thanks sooo much for this video!!! Truly blessed me. Just subscribed!
Thank you very much for the education when is appropriate time to start establishing relationships with the large company and how do you go about please and thx
I wanted to know about the pricing method you used. Does the system have specific pricing, or does the no-bid list still have to be within a specific range?
I am looking at things in SAM which is sending me to opportunities in DIBBS can I submit bids from here or do I need to create a separate login and registration?
SAM.gov is the only other site that you need to be registered on. However, there are certainly other sites that you can register with like NECO, Unison Marketplace and few others.
Me being a small business, lets say there's a request for a product from a supplier that I have a relationship with , would I be able to put in a quote to the government and just ''dropship'' the product requested from that supplier and have them ship it directly to the government?
Wait why no to drop shipping if it meets all the packaging specifications? You’re telling me I have to ship the items to my home or office, and then reship it back to the government?
YOU DIDN'T TALK ABOUT PRICING, THAT'S THE WHOLE REASON WHY WE ARE HERE , TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO COME UP WITH A PRICE SO WE CAN MAKE A PROFIT 😢😢😢😮😮😮, SO STOP TRYING TO SELL US FREE INFORMATION,, JUST GIVE GOOD EXAMPLES OF HOW TO SOURCE ITEMS AND ADD PROFIT 😊😊😊😊
You came to TH-cam to figure out pricing strategies and profit margins? DLA literally buys thousands of products ranging from $.15/unit to $55,500/unit this is why I choose to teach pricing strategies in my program and with my students. There is no "standard" markup, there's no drop shipping there are very specific packaging instructions all of these things impact price. So, I've decided to share what I share on TH-cam and then teach what I teach in my program. Wish you the best.

Where’s my postcard it’s been 2 months
You may have to request another one. However, it does look like junk mail so still be on the look out because delivery times vary.
I am looking at things in SAM which is sending me to opportunities in DIBBS can I submit bids from here or do I need to create a separate login and registration?
DIBBS is a separate registration and your quote will be entered directly on the DIBBS platform.
what other websites do i need to be registered on aside from dibbs?
SAM.gov is the only other site that you need to be registered on. However, there are certainly other sites that you can register with like NECO, Unison Marketplace and few others.
