Easy Lunch Menu /Mango Pulinkari /Raw banana thoran /Egg pepper roast /Pachamanga pulinkari/Vazhakka thoran / Mutta kurumulakitt varattiyath
Ingredients:
Raw Mango Curry( Pachamanga Pulinkari ) :
Raw Mango - 1
For grinding:
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 tbsp
Dry chilli - 8
Urad dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
For preparation:
For cooking mango -
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 1/4 cup
Tamarind - a small gooseberry size
Hot water - 2 1/2 cup
Salt
Jaggery - 1 1/2 tsp
Grinded powder
For tempering:
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli - 3
Curry leaves
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg Pepper Roast :
Boiled egg - 3
Oil - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3 pinch
For preparation:
Oil / Coconut oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Onion - 1 ( big size )
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Tomato puree - 1 tomato ( big size )
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1/4 cup
Salt
Coriander leaves
Raw banana Thoran (Vazhakka thoran ) :
Raw banana - 7
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Crushed garlic - 5 ( medium )
Crushed shallots - 5 ( medium )
Crushed green chilli - 2
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Dry chilli - 3
Curry leaves
Salt
Water - 2 to 3 tbsp
