(For fish fry)
Fish
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Garlic : 3 nos
Ginger : 3 small
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder : 1.5 tbsp
Kudampuli : a small piece
Salt : as required
water : as required
Coconut oil : for frying
(For Vendakka mezhukkupuratti)
Lady's finger : 150 gm
Chopped garlic: 1 tsp
Sliced onion : 1/2 portion
Curry leaves : 2 sprigs
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : to taste
Coconut oil : 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
(For carrot thoran)
Grated carrot : 2 small sized
Grated coconut : 2 handful
Garlic : 1 no
Sallots: 2 nos
Green chilli: 1 no
Curry leaves : 1 sprig + 1 sprig
Cumin seeds: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
Urad dal : 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Salt : to taste
(For Moru curry)
Buttermilk
salt : to taste
Garlic sliced : 1 tbsp
Green chilli: 2 nos
Curry leaves : 2 sprigs
Chopped ginger : 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil : 1.5 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds: 1/4 tsp
