I Learn by watching people explain thought processes, tbh, I'm lower than you so this may not apply to you. But I started playing after years of not playing and in about 2 months I had risen about 200-300 ELO. I mainly watch chess vibes his climb to 2200 from 350. And I watch chessturion I believe he is called, also really educational and tbh quite fun to watch, wanna get me a book as well. And maybe try a course on chessly in the future when I have some more free time
@@WillNeverClimb for things like mating and capture patterns I find puzzles really helpful. I also make sure to do in depth analysis on at least two games a day to see where I could improve certain positions / openings. For openings I’ve watched a lot of TH-cam videos and read a couple books!
I'm 400 elo but I've heard by many good players that doing puzzles as much as possible can help a lot.
