If any of you are interested, Calimove's workout plans have changed my bawd completely. I went from 5 clean pull-ups to 16 in 3 months. No doubt they'll take you to the next level
haha well if the 40 pounds is muscle then it's good depending on your goals I've actually only gained 2kgs (~4lbs) since starting, but my strength has seen some major improvements, I feel more balanced, have better control over my movements and I'm more flexible
this actually helped a lot, when i did one arm and archer pushups my shoulders used to crack, but after watching this i tried again, and by keeping my core tighter and straighter the pain dissappeared, thanks guys!
Khroniclas Epicus yea, also squeeze yhe glutes lol, but seriously, stabilizing the core should improve any exercise that you do whether it be squat l, pullups, or even regular pushups. If you have problems stabilizing your core, i would advise doing static holds to improve stabilization and endurance. Archers also help a lot too as he showed in the vid
@@kamclimbs7691 well the one arm pushup is a dangerous move. Its more risk than reward since your shoulders can get really beat up and your lower back can also get injured if you dont do it properly. The problem is that when you come down sometimes people come down with their shoulder if that makes sense. Thats going to lead to a shoulder injury and isnt worth it in the long run. One arm pushup is safe however if you do it the way it was done in the video, but i personally wouldnt keep doing them because they really do mess with the shoulders.
Philip Lipok in a nutshell; if you're not incorporating cardio in your training, start with a low intensity steady state cardio for 15-20 mins at about 60% your max HR. Cardio endurance will follow swiftly then move to high intensity cardio but a shorter intervals.

It's the best one arm push-ups video i have ever seen. A lot of people who can one arm pull up, can't do one arm push-ups as on this video. BTW. Did you ever try this with additional weight?
yes, i know, i do them regularly. But i have some questions regarding the proper technique, for example - is it really necessary to keep the resting leg stretched in front all the time, etc.

so if i keep my core stabilised my shoulders stop trashing around? literally no other source mentions this, thank you.
