  • This is part 2 of my new project, a 00 gauge Inglenook shunting layout
An inglenook layout is used as a shunting puzzle, and all will become clear as we go through the build process.
This second instalment will cover the rollingstock, track and track plan

haha peco points in Aus your're right (I'm down the road in Perth) they're hard to get hold of. Well another batch of stock sneaked through your house customs inspector!!! Cheeky. Its looking good, I know need to find out how to order 8 wagons!!!

I just searched mainline wagons 00, and they showed up. I guess the same could be said for any wagon and just look at the bundles. My points came from Hobbytech, although one of the lengths of flexi was bent, they were the last 3 they had so I suspect one had been mishandled on the shop floor.
That one will be the one that gets cut for the shorter pieces

@@47606odin yeah hobby tech doesn't seem to hold much point stock.though great to visit LOL. Perth modelcentre some times has them. I have a small selection for the 'future project' sometimes pick up second hand ones form Maylands. nice bundle you had, mainline wagons were always really good espically for private owner coal wagons.
