Wow!❤. So much work by everyone went into this! Really enjoyed this showcase, everyone did a great job. Kristie, you are amazing to organize and narrate this massive collection of photos!❤❤❤ Thank you so much, I really enjoyed and appreciate your time and effort.❤
Thanks for sharing all of these wonderful collections! I really enjoyed this whole video. Thanks for sharing all of my pictures. My Joss mold is actually a custom Maritza with Joss's wig and TM 120's hazel eyes. When I show my collection to people who don't collect AG, she's usually the one that people like the best, so I think that's interesting that you do too.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I'll have to go back and zoom in on your Joss mold doll. Were the color of the lips, her teeth, or her eyebrows altered or just wig/eye swap and lip gloss?
Such a beautiful collections, everyone! Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to make this video and spotlight us members of the community! It's much appreciated! ❤
I'm so glad you enjoyed it - it was great to get to see everyone's collections and learn a bit about their collecting journeys and what these dolls mean to each of you :)
what a fantastic compilation! Thank you to everyone who sent in pictures and to you for putting it all together for us :) Quick shoutout to the collector with an Eilonwy doll-- so cool! Eilonwy is from one of my very favorite book series *ever*, and I don't think I've ever seen dolls as characters from those books. Yay! Also to the person who dressed Evette in medieval-ish clothing: so beautiful, and you have given me ideas! Thank you again for sharing this wonderful view into many different collections.
Oooohhh what a wonderful initiative, Kristie! Last year's collections were impressive. This year I love seeing how many collectors have participated in this 💜 Each collection has made my heart smile 🥰 Congratulations to everyone for these wonderful AG collections 🤩🤩
Yeah, I know I said it already, but it really is fun seeing smaller and larger collections, ones that are very orderly and thematic and ones that are more whimsical, ones with only historicals, ones with predominantly customs, etc.
I love that you are doing this video theme again this year. My daughter and I submitted our collection and dollhouse last year on your video. It was so cool for us to see you comment and put pics of our collection on your channel. We were unable to submit this year because our dollhouse and part of our collection was destroyed when our home and entire acreage was destroyed by a tornado in April 2024. 😞 We are currently in the process of building a new home. I’m so excited that one of the basement rooms will be our new doll room. We have high hopes of building a new dollhouse. We miss our dollhouse and collection so bad. We are excited for what the future holds. Please keep making videos. I look forward to your videos every week as they bring so much joy to my life. Thank you for all that you do. 💕
I’m so sorry to hear about the tornado, and I can only imagine how devastating it must be. But I’m glad you’re all safe and excited for the new doll room!
Love this video! Thank you for all your hard work putting this together. Everyone has such lovely collections. And thank you for complimenting Kanani’s hair hahah I guess childhood me kept her in better condition than I thought! 😂
You're welcome, Jason! If that might be the case, then I am DEFINITELY having people write their own blurbs (ooh, or I might have them answer a couple specific questions) and picking one favorite thing from each collection. I think that will keep it both interesting for viewers and manageable for me :)
@sillymonkey5533 I collected pictures for a dollhouse one but it was too overwhelming. I'd have to give some thought to how to approach it if I want to revisit that idea. I'm pondering...
So glad I decided to participate in this! I always get self-conscious when I put things out there for people to comment on, but Kristie was so kind with her comments ❤ Loved getting to see other people's collections, especially the Black Ariel and Eilonwy dolls
Aw, I'm really glad you participated, too! This is becoming one of my favorite videos to do, because I know it means a lot to the people whose collections are shared and viewers love getting to see so many dolls in different environments :)
loved hearing your initial reactions to each collector's contribution! Such a fun video. Thanks so much for doing this, and including me; it was wonderful to learn more about other people's collections too! 💕💕
Thanks for checkin out my lil doll house! Everyone has an intriguing story to their collections! I love how you say you have a feeling mine is outside the box ❤🎉 so me, nailed it. Thanks for all the hard work into your channel, doll house and this video! As well as your sweet comments on everyone's dolls.💞
All the collections are stunning, but Collection 6 really stands out to me. I'm incredibly impressed by the dedication and artistry of all the collectors. Great job, everyone!
I love this. Mom and I will have our collection ready for you to share next year❤❤❤ Just wanted to tell everybody thank you for sharing your beautiful collections It was fun to look at them and get ideas for ours.
It is so fun to see and hear about other people’s collections! Thank you for taking the time to make and share this video. Please continue to do this series because a) I love to watch it and b) I have to get my sprawling collection organized and displayed in a way that I can enjoy it. Part of the way I hope to measure that goal is “can I take a few photos that capture most (or all!) of my collection to submit to Kristie by the end of the year?”
Love Love Love this !!! To know there’s a place for adults to shamelessly enjoy and share their passion for dolls! I will be participating next go round! Thank you!
I love when you do this! So fun to see everyone’s collections spotlighted. One December my doll room won’t become such a catch all for Christmas and in a state of disorder that I’ll submit my own photos. 😂 I like the idea of posting group photos by face mold or smaller subsets because posting group photos of over 50 dolls is a lot of work.
Yeah, there is no way I'm even going to attempt a FULL group photo lol. Groups by doll line (historical, GOTY, etc) or by face mold make sense. And you could always take your pictures mid year or whenever the doll room is less hectic and save them so they're ready :)
Funny enough, it was towards the end of last year that I decided that it was time for me to scale back on the number of doll-related TH-cam channels that I subscribe to. My passion for dolls was rekindled 3 or so years ago due to a rough patch in my life - a journey that I am still learning to overcome. While I am eternally grateful for my growing collection and the amazing people who share in this love for dolls and creativity, my goal for this year is to appreciate what I have and not let the envy bug get the better of me.
I fully support you enjoying what you have. If what you have makes you happy, there isn't any need for more. I am going to be focusing on the same this year. I am not overwhelmed or regretful about my collection at all, but it's large and lovely and I simply feel no need to add a lot to it this year.
Hello Kristie!! I did make that dress that you love, it's actually one of my favourite things I've ever made so it brings me so much joy that you love it too!!!
Ah I completely missed submitting my collection this year!! Love seeing everyone else’s. This is such a fun video idea and I love that you’re continuing it each year ❤
I'm glad you loved it! There will definitely be another collection video next year, so keep an eye out. I've got your dance outfits video in my "watch later" queue and I'm going to watch it right now :)
i love that there are other people besides me who make elaborate stories to go with their dolls. i know that's kinda the Point of ag dolls but i feel like there's not as many adult collectors who do it. personally my dolls have a VERY elaborate shared universe full of suspense, adventure, and drama that can only be described as a very weird combo of Stranger Things, Encanto, and Sailor Moon. i also have random headcanons for dolls on my wishlist that i don't have yet, for example my interpretation of Nicki Hoffman is kinda based on my partner and is VERY obsessed with Final Fantasy VII.
Finishing up the video this am and I have to comment on Saul's intriguing use of armoire and shelving that was not the usual dollhouse! I am truly inspired by that look. Also wanna say i just got truly me 91 in my collection and named her Vera Hill! Newest addition making her #5 (which was the max i said id have in my apartment😅😅👀🤦♀️we will see haha)
Yes - it was a very creative way to make a dollhouse. I was even thinking that if you lived in a space where visitors (esp those who might be less supportive) would be able to see your dollhouse, an armoire with doors would be a great option. Even glass doors, because you could put curtains on the inside of the glass panels.
So many wonderful collections! Thank you for sharing mine too and complimenting my JLY 40 in Julie's cream sweatshirt and the red jumper dress; her name is Mila and she's one of my favourites. I love the Jess mold and definitely want to add more to my collection.
Ugh, I'm sorry about my lack of commentary about my collection. Winter break was so stressful for us here, I barely even got you the photos in time. We've been back two weeks now and I've mainly been sick - but I DO appreciate you taking the time to share all of our collections, and I wish I'd been able to give you a bit more in that regard.
This is such a well-organized and fun video! I would love to participate the next time you do it. I don’t use instagram and it sounds like that is where you posted the details for submission.
I posted the details twice on TH-cam as well. I use the Community Post feature. If you want to participate next year, just check my community posts periodically starting in December. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I look forward to seeing your dolls in the next one!

I am so glad you enjoyed the video and that it made you feel more comfortable putting your doll pics out there! I think it's especially a good opportunity for collectors like you whose collections might not be shared with others otherwise. I look forward to seeing your dolls in a future video!
Thanks so much for sharing our collections!! Found some great ones to follow 😀 I definitely will be better prepared for your next video like this and share more info. May I ask what the other thing was that you liked about my (danis_dolls_222) collection? Dylan’s (Bryant) wardrobe is slowly growing. I couldn’t leave him in a t-shirt and shorts.
Oh, so many things about your collection. You have all three Claudie mold dolls. Your itty bitty babies look adorable. They're styled so well - the PJs are great and Maritza looks great with pieces from that OG Sweet as Jam outfit, the green pants, and the shoes from the plaid skirt outfit. Your collection is lovely!
@ thank you ☺️ Claudie and her mold is my favorite. Joss is my second. I love dressing them and I’m trying to make more time for styling and photos this year.

From left to right is Lillie (JLY23), Brie (TM24, Brianna's mini-me), Nicole (TM118, my mini-me), and Karlie. Sorry for the pics being a bit fuzzy; looks like the mobile upload went a bit wonky.
Last comment... i was 21 in 2014 and definitely had a few bratz still just on display. But got rid of soo much i regret it. I shyed away from dolls at that time!
It's so hard to know what we'll appreciate later and what we'll regret keeping OR getting rid of. I'm going to have to play that guessing game a LOT this year as I am prioritizing home organization and going to be going over this home with a fine-toothed comb lol.
@agtakesover totally understandable!! Even my mom said she wishes I'd have kept the American Girl i had grown up with, but she was going to let me learn that on my own haha.
Maybe you can host this bi-yearly. Now that I know what the expectation is. I can fine tune my pics for the event. Thank you for the experience and creating this memory.
This one once a year and AG Fashion Week once a year feels most manageable. I'm happy you sent in pictures and I could share your beautiful collection (and great job on your doll room)
(Bree @this_little_whimsy here) Thanks so much for featuring these collections! So many lovely ones, and now I have many new accounts to check out🥰 The doll you pointed out from my collection is Claire, a CYO. Samantha’s shirt and head scarf, Charlotte’s dress (26) Claudie’s dress, Marigold’s dress (short-haired girl beside Claudie), and Kilmeny’s & Evette’s ensembles (the two at the far right) were ones that I made 💕
Thank you for including my pics! I forgot OH is EST and not CST 😬 I loved seeing everyone’s collections and finding cool, new accounts to follow. My favorite was the Lizzie Borden doll as I’ve always been fascinated by that story! Thanks for doing this!
You are so welcome! And I'm glad you were able to find some new accounts to follow! Also, just yesterday I was (once again) looking at pics of your AG kitchen revamp on your AGIG and it looks SO. GOOD. You did such a great job!
@@agtakesover Thank you! I appreciate that. I'm working on the bedrooms now. Trying to decide what I want to attach the wallpaper to. So many options :)
