Charles, owner of Samson Performance specializes in building bespoke high end titanium exhaust/parts. With me reaching out to him for this insane idea, he perfectly executed this one of a kind project! I couldn't been more happy with the results! Thank you again Charles for the hospitality, teaching me about the process of tig welding, and spending one full day to get this done! This would be a more interesting sound with a s55 single turbo because those sound miles better then twins! Think the combo with that + tomei would be sick!
Videos doesn't do any justice, mic picks up high end notes. You have to hear it in person.

I had GReddy evolution rs on my n55 it sounded so good, almost like a skyline
Definitely need to hear in person. Can’t really tell if it’s a good sound or not.

I have a single exit ISF which gets a lot of Hate , people are always going to hate but in all reality it sounds amazing and different also saves weight , which is my plan since I have a full carbon roof and other weight saving mods . But it’s different and cool and makes it sound legit !! Good work

Tbh you can turn the cold start off with most tunes for bmw’s that’s what I did when I went Catless on my m235i

I really like the quad tips on my f80 even though it’s just the m performance exhaust but there’s something about the single exit that looks so good on an f82 but not sure about an f80 yet

Anything is possible, just require some research and understanding. Then execute it with a Fabricator that is good and understanding!

6:40 you could actually Anodize the titanium by just using different dc voltages hooked up to it and dipping it in a tank of borax and water. You can turn it all sorts of crazy different colors even green.
The fabricator actually told me about the process! It's pretty cool to understand and the fab process. 😱

I'm sure this sounds better in person. The sound chip on your camera couldn't handle the sound. Your friends camera did a better job but I wish I could hear what this sounds like in person. Love how it looks though.

Sorry new M4 owner I noticed that when u did a cold start it held at 3k rpm is that from a tune? cause mine is around 1.5k rpm
Tuned, but on OEM Cold start.

It sounds awful because the exhaust is split in two. So basically sounds like two 3-cylinders. The secret is to run a single pipe exhaust.

It was hard to judge in the beginning of the video. Just sounded like a a megaphone. The moving shots with the better mic gave a wayyy better idea of the sound and it’s good.
